Research On Risk Management Of Digital Music Platform Copyright Project

With the advent of the digital music era,the way,scene,content and purpose of the public to listen to music also change,but the mode of digital music+Internet platform is still in the exploratory and rising stage.So this paper focuses on the potential risk management of digital music platform in the copyright operation and content dissemination process.This study involves the potential risks of digital music copyright projects.According to the risk factors that may appear in the above process and the importance and urgency of the risks,the project risks are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively,and countermeasures are formulated to ensure the stable development of the Internet music platform.Based on the analysis and discussion of the research results of project management and risk management at home and abroad,this paper combined with several years of personal experience in digital music platform and applied the theoretical knowledge of management to carry out research on this topic.According to the concept,characteristics and process of project risk management,the theoretical knowledge system of project risk management is sorted out.This paper discusses the concept,structure and decomposition of digital music platform copyright project WBS,and analyzes the risk management status of the Netease Cloudmusic.10 industry experts were invited to discuss the risk of digital music platform copyright Project in various stages through expert survey method,and 25 risk factors were identified according to the project development stage.7 project related personnel were invited to use the brainstorming method to identify 12 categories and a total of 41 risk factors,among which policy factors belong to uncontrollable risks and are not within the scope of this study for the time being.This paper focuses on the study and analysis of another 11 risk categories and 39 risk factors.The 39 risk factor distribution over copyright shop,copyright,operation promotion and legal rights of the four core stage,the risk factors of four stages analyzed one by one,follow the principle of professionalism,timeliness,practicality,carried out in accordance with the Delphi method of risk assessment,and the evaluation results were analyzed,and on the basis of risk evaluation,the output control strategies and measures.The risk management control strategy proposed in this paper is based on the actual work experience of the Netease Cloudmusic,but it has certain universality to the overall digital music platform,and in practice,it has practical and feasible control effect on controllable risks,providing valuable reference for subsequent practitioners.
