The Study Of Synonym Teaching In Online Chinese Education

The teaching of synonyms plays an important role in international Chinese education.Learning synonyms well plays an important role in improving the Chinese communicative competence of second language learners.A synonym can be understood as a word with the same or similar meaning but different usages.Due to the subtle difference of synonyms,it brings many difficulties to Chinese learners.In recent years,affected by the epidemic,more and more online education platforms have sprung up.In order to learn Chinese,more overseas students choose online education institutions,such as the "Wukong Chinese" education platform.This paper takes the teaching practice of Wukong Chinese as an example to study the teaching of synonyms in online Chinese education.The topic has certain theoretical significance and practical value.First,take "Wukong Chinese" as the representative to have a clearer understanding of the development of online Chinese education platform,understand the current situation of online synonym teaching,and find out the problems in online synonym teaching.Secondly,take the word discrimination part in Boya Chinese Intermediate Sprint 1 as the source of the language materials of synonym errors,and divide the types of errors,including confusion of word meanings,unclear affiliated colors and grammatical misuse,to find out the causes of errors,including cultural interference,generalization of target language knowledge and negative transfer of mother tongue.The biggest difference between online and offline teaching is that online teaching lacks interaction.In this paper,ten groups of online synonym teaching schemes are designed for intermediate Chinese learners,which are composed of two parts: front-end analysis of teaching design and teaching application.Through self observation in the implementation of Chinese synonym teaching,analysis of students’ test scores and feedback of interview contents,we summarized online synonym teaching experience and strategies,including using context teaching,heuristic teaching,practice,life oriented teaching,prohibiting the use of media language and emphasizing morpheme teaching.The above content is the elaboration of this paper.With "Wukong Chinese" as the teaching platform,the teaching of synonyms in online Chinese education is studied.
