With the rapid development of the economy,while people’s material needs in life are fully satisfied,more and more families are beginning to pursue the spiritual development of themselves and their children.Education has attracted people’s attention and widespread concern since ancient times,especially under the influence of my country’s "rejuvenating the country through science and education" strategy,education issues have gradually entered the public’s field of vision and occupied an important position.With the rapid development of the "Internet +" strategy,the English online education market has developed rapidly since its emergence in 2010.VIPKID follows the trend of the times and has become a leading enterprise in the English online education industry.However,in 2021,the "double reduction policy" will be implemented,and the development of education and training institutions will encounter a cold winter in China,which will threaten the development and expansion of online English learning platforms represented by VIPKID.Therefore,seeking an international development path has become an inevitable choice for VIPKID.VIPKID is a world-leading English online education company.It has not been operating for a long time,but it has a rapid development speed and a large number of loyal consumers.It has played an important role in improving the fairness of educational resources and effectively helped users with lower costs.Improve your English level.However,the international market of VIPKID needs to be developed.Its international market share is low,the product variety is small,and the quality of related courses is not guaranteed.This article explores VIPKID’s international development strategy.Under the guidance of the relevant theories of international operation and corporate strategic management,this paper formulates VIPKID’s international development strategy through macro-environmental analysis,online English education industry analysis,and internal and external advantages and disadvantages of the company.Specifically,it is to enhance the core competitiveness of the company’s international development by giving full play to the advantages of the company’s overseas resources,continuously improve its innovation ability,design and provide products and services more suitable for the international market,and continue to penetrate the market to achieve the internationalization of the company.developing.This paper analyzes the macro background of the English online education industry,summarizes the international development direction of the industry,analyzes the current situation of the industry’s international development,and takes VIPKID as an example to analyze the current situation of the international development strategy of English online education companies.In view of the deficiencies in the status quo,we propose corresponding development strategies to promote the international development of VIPKID,and provide certain reference and reference for related enterprises.
