With the continuous development of economy and society,the demand for high-quality talents in various fields is gradually expanding,and the gap of basic professional talents is exposed.Due to the imbalance of regional economic development,it is difficult to ensure sufficient high-tech jobs in some areas.At the same time,in order to realize the rational allocation of talent elements in the region,China has shunted talents through selective examinations in different education stages.Among them,some junior middle school students choose secondary vocational colleges for vocational education and training after graduation.In secondary vocational education,early childhood education is hot and developing rapidly.In order to meet the needs of the times and students,early childhood education and music related majors set up piano courses and gradually developed.Secondary vocational colleges are an important transitional link between compulsory education,higher education and social human resources.However,piano education in secondary vocational education still faces problems such as uneven quality of students,unreasonable allocation of teachers,difficult employment of students,difficult follow-up development and so on.Based on the above background,this paper will take the secondary vocational college in Yaodu District,Linfen City,Shanxi Province as the starting point,sort out the development status and common problems through literature sorting and data analysis,and take the students of three grades of Linfen senior technical school and the teachers of Yaodu District Secondary Vocational College as the survey object,through the analysis and sorting of the questionnaire survey results,summarize the outstanding problems of students in piano learning and teachers’ classroom.Finally,combined with the actual situation of interview and investigation,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions and ideas for the development of piano specialty in secondary vocational schools,in order to provide reference cases for Piano Education Research in secondary vocational schools with the same problems.
