equality,national unity and common prosperity of all ethnic groups in the new era under the background of Rural Revitalization and development strategy and building a strong sense of the Chinese national community,Strive to build a rural community culture with Chinese and national characteristics in Northwest Sichuan.By reading relevant books and documents and consulting local chronicles,this paper analyzes the advantageous resources for constructing rural community culture in the multi-ethnic rural area of Northwest Sichuan,such as natural and unique ecological environment,historical accumulated ethnic customs and red historical culture,as well as the historical tradition and living memory of multi-ethnic long-term mutual assistance and cooperation and common development.However,the reality and practice have also proved that since modern times,especially under the impact of urbanization,the transformation from China’s agricultural society to industrial society means that the community formed around "home" is gradually disintegrating,which is manifested in the decline of the traditional rural community in the rural society.At present,there are many problems between the declining rural community and the rural community in Northwest Sichuan.Under the background of the declining traditional rural community,the multi-ethnic rural community is facing the disappearance,the weakening of rural community culture,the disorder of rural internal order and so on.Therefore,rebuilding a new rural community with all-round and balanced development,joint participation of multiple subjects,reaching consensus on the rule of law and values through good governance,and meeting the current development reality of multi-ethnic areas in Northwest Sichuan,and building an orderly,harmonious,United and progressive rural community culture is of great significance to revitalizing multi-ethnic villages in Northwest Sichuan,promoting social stability,national unity and regional development It plays a positive role in forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community.As the historical basis and distinctive background of contemporary China’s urban-rural relations and rural development,rural community is not only the emotional basis of rural memory,but also the endogenous force and powerful help for Rural Revitalization.The Chinese nation community is a value community,development community and cultural community formed by the Chinese nation in long-term social practice and embodied in different levels of integration and common development with similar production and life modes,ethical value orientation and spiritual and cultural demands.The ethnic minority areas in Northwest Sichuan have basically formed a community culture
