The Study Of The Generation Of Culture Embeddedness

In the process of human history,generation and development of any nation with its culture cannot be separated from the communication and interaction with others.In this sense,turns out to be the result of national communication and interaction,and culture embeddedness lies in the whole process of national development.As a multi-ethnic nation,China has the ethnic feature of "mixed communities with small hives in it",which has shaped some certain rural society style of diverse multi-ethnic and initiated the culture embeddedness.Previous researches on culture embeddedness puts focus mainly on the theoretical framework of ethnic embeddedness.And totally such researches give stresses on specific culture embeddedness from some certain scenes and conditions.They mainly concern about the practical significance to rural society come from the generation results of culture embeddedness,while comparatively less concern about the generation process and the elucidation to concept of culture embeddedness.In another words,existing researches paid mass attention to the results with their effects of culture embeddedness and insufficient attention to the generation process of culture embeddedness.In view of this,this article tries to recognize and grasp the phenomenon of culture embeddedness from a generative perspective.The study of culture embeddedness from a generative perspective means discussing the process of culture embeddedness and probing its regularity.And Research focus will be put into explaining the internal mechanism of culture embeddedness and promoting our theoretical recognition of culture embeddedness by deepening the concept connotation of culture embeddedness.Based on the field investigation into Yulu Bai Ethnic Group Township,Nanhua County,Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province,this paper focuses on phenomena of culture intercalation in a typical multi-ethnic-mixed township.Depended on series of deep elaboration and analysis of typical cultural matters at the place in question,the thesis inspects the phenomena of culture intercalation exist in multi-ethnic-mixed villages by taking a perspective on generating process with their occurring conditions,generative mechanism and specific practice,combing with a probe into their practical value and significance in social management for multi-ethnic-mixed villages.This article follows the research approach from empirical analysis to theoretical interpretation and then practical discussion.Firstly,it expounds the practical process,cultural features and expressive forms of culture embeddedness on the basis of investigating,analyzing and discussing three typical culture embeddedness phenomena in local society,which are named "Culture phenomena of intertwined ancestral hall","Grandmother Belief" and "Inheritance&Innovation for the culture".it provides a solid support in empirical materials for the subsequent theoretical discussions.The analysis shows that culture embeddedness reflects not only a synchronic process of ethnic communication and interaction,but also a diachronic process of development and evolution.In the practice of culture embeddedness,the subject undergoes a dialectical process from "spontaneous" to "conscious" and then to "self active".Secondly,it interprets and summarizes the internal mechanism of culture embeddedness from the perspective of generation,that is,"generation" refers to a dynamic development of "relationship,process,and practice",as well as resolves the functional principle and operational process of internal mechanism of the culture embeddedness through the three elements of generation,namely,"relationship,process,and practice",thereby proposes the concept of "Multi-dimensional Interactive Isomorphism".In the mechanism of "Multidimensional Interactive Isomorphism","Multi dimensional" refers to the relational conditions of culture embeddedness,"Interaction" refers to the practical process of culture embeddedness and "Isomorphism" refers to the achievement of commonality and consensus in the generative process of culture embeddedness.On these basis,it then concludes that culture embeddedness is the existence of culture itself,as well as the generative process of culture embeddedness.Further,based on the theoretical interpretation,this paper ponders and discusses the issues related to the culture development of contemporary multi-ethnic-mixed rural society from a practical perspective,thereby expands the realistic significance and practical value of researches on the generation of culture embeddedness.In general,this thesis tries to explore the phenomenon of culture embeddedness in multi-ethnic-mixed rural society from a perspective of generation,hereby understanding and grasping the internal relationship between ethnic groups and their cultures so as to reveal the "practice-generation" logic of culture embeddedness,namely "Multi-dimensional Interactive Isomorphism".Furthermore,gives an active consideration to the question on cultural construction and development for current multi-ethnic rural society,including development of rural culture,promotion of national unity and firm castings of the Chinese Nation Community Consciousness,etc.
