Research On Interface Design Of College Online Document Workspace Software

Online document workspace is one of the most important parts of online collaboration,and the outcomes of most groups are always presented as documents.Current document workspace software is mainly based on traditional writing process,and the functions,for example,sharing,collaboration and authority management,are adding through the application of cloud technology,which endows this kind of software with the ability of online collaboration.However,most of them are in low efficiency and low integration in the process of group discussion.This research studied the pain points of current document workspace software in the function of document editing,collaboration,and management,focused the interface design on the writing conversion mechanism of the communication and collaboration process,optimized the process of core functions by refactoring the software interface,thus,promoted communication at the level of cognition,and improved user experience.Firstly,the research status of computer-supported collaboration,collaborative learning,interface design,user experience and information architecture is investigated.Based on the theory and application of technology,education and interface interaction design,the full-stack interface design method suitable for software product innovation design is summarized,as well as the development opportunity and design strategy of this research.Then,by obtaining the mental model of students using the cloud document collaboration software,the user behavior process in collaborative learning is deeply explored,the functional requirements and user pain points in the process from communication to text transformation are discussed,and the potential demand level of document collaboration software is obtained.After that,the value positioning of online document workspace is formed by combining real needs obtained by theoretical and user research and the analyzation of the market,policy environment and the typical interface of the current software.Finally,the visual interface of the university cloud document collaboration system is designed to the complete design scheme of product information architecture,visual display elements and interface prototype are determined,so that the user experience can match the mind of target users in the level of strategy,scope,structure,performance,and framework,and the usability of this design is evaluated.
