Abstract/Summary:
Balance ability is one of the most basic physical quality,is the human body to complete any behavior of the basic guarantee.Exercise interventions can slow the decline in balance as we age and prevent and reduce the risk of falls.Female college students are an important part of promoting social progress in the future.Due to the pressure of multiple factors in daily life and study,female college students will indirectly shorten their sports time,so that their physical quality gradually declines.The decline of physical quality is bound to directly affect the future development of elite female groups in China.Shuffle dance is a very popular fitness dance nowadays.It is light,fast and powerful with a strong sense of rhythm.It can comprehensively exercise the body,enhance the coordination of the body and release the pressure.As the aerobics movement,with its unique charm into the schools and colleges.Based on this,the research USES the literature material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and comparative research methods,such as by Soochow university professional two general aerobics elective class of female college students as subjects,divided into tow step dance group and mass aerobics group,each group of 20 people,for 14 weeks,2 hours per week,50 minutes per class tow step dance and mass aerobics exercise intervention,And separate the two groups of students before and after the experiment test,analysis of static and dynamic balance ability,explore drag step dance,popular aerobics two exercise of female college students balance ability of the difference of influence for female college students choose to improve balance ability of sports to provide scientific guidance,to shuffle dance,aerobics in colleges to provide theoretical basis of the masses.Research conclusions:(1)After 14 weeks of shuffle dance and mass calisthenics intervention,the dynamic balance ability of the two groups of female college students was significantly improved.After shuffling dance and mass aerobics exercise,the dynamic balance ability of female college students can be promoted to a certain extent.(2)After shuffling dance intervention for 14 weeks,the static balance ability of left foot of female college students was significantly improved.(3)After 14 weeks of mass aerobics intervention,the static balance ability of right foot was better than that of left foot.(4)The 14-week experiment showed that the static and dynamic balance ability of the shuffling dance group was better than that of the public aerobics group.
