| Implementing the rural vitalization strategy is the key to solving problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Rural revitalization should not only "shape",but also "soul".Culture is the most important factor affecting rural revitalization.Cultural prosperity,then rural prosperity,to promote rural revitalization must be cultural first.Culture is created by people,and the core and root of rural cultural revitalization is the problem of "people",that is,farmers’ subjectivity.Farmers are the main body of rural cultural development and revitalization.To solve the rural problems from the perspective of "subjectivity",activate the endogenous power of rural cultural development,and explore the realistic way to solve the revitalization of rural culture.On April 29,2021,the Law of the People’s Republic of China on The Promotion of Rural Revitalization adopted by the 28th Standing Session of the 13th National People’s Congress clearly emphasized that,we should pay attention to mobilize and bring into play the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of farmers,adhere to the subject status of farmers,and provide legal guarantee for the development of farmers’ subjectivity.However,at present,farmers lack the main body,the lack of power,the voice of their appeal,their enthusiasm and creativity have been weakened to a certain extent.Farmers can not resonate with rural cultural construction,and it is difficult to effectively improve their subjectivity in the revitalization of rural culture.This thesis studies the revitalization of rural culture from the perspective of farmers’ subjectivity.Firstly,clarify the connotation of the relevant concepts of rural cultural revitalization and farmers’ subjectivity,which constitutes the logical starting point of the research.Secondly,from the theoretical basis,historical conditions and realistic needs of the three levels of rural cultural revitalization of the peasantry’s subjectivity promotion basis.Through the exploration of marxist classical writers,Chinese Communists and excellent traditional Chinese culture on the farmer’s subjectivity of the relevant thoughts and theories,to provide a solid theoretical basis for the subsequent discussion.Using the method of literature analysis and historical research to sort out the historical context of the development of farmers’ subjectivity in rural cultural construction during the revolution,construction and reform periods.Thirdly,it analyzes the development status of farmers’ subjectivity in the revitalization of rural culture.While affirming the improvement of farmers’ autonomy,initiative and independence,we should also recognize that there are still some outstanding problems in the improvement of farmers’ subjectivity in the revitalization of rural culture.Then,according to the existing problems,the reasons restricting the improvement of farmers’ subjectivity are deeply analyzed.The limitations of farmers’ own comprehensive quality and ability,the influence of foreign ideological consciousness and wrong ideas,and the constraints of rural cultural governance and service ability make it difficult to effectively improve farmers’ subjectivity.Finally,problem oriented,and puts forward the path countermeasures to solve the problem.Based on the core concept of farmers’ subjectivity,this paper makes an in-depth study on the promotion of farmers’ subjectivity in the revitalization of rural culture.The article focuses on the three elements of autonomy,initiative and self-determination expressed by farmers’ subjectivity,analyzes the current situation of farmers’ subjectivity development,reveals the existing problems and explores the causes of the problems,and on the basis of analyzing the causes of the existing problems,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen farmers’ autonomy,mobilize farmers’ initiative and improve farmers’ self-determination.It makes clear the path choice of the farmers’ subjectivity in the revitalization of rural culture. |
