Study On The Supply Of Public Cultural Services In YangQuan City

In order to meet the basic cultural needs of the people,public cultural services are provided by the government and social forces,such as public cultural facilities,products,activities and other services.It is a general term for various systems and systems of public cultural products and services provided to the public.Optimizing the supply of public cultural services can further meet the needs and expectations of the masses for culture,improve the comprehensive quality of the masses,and also help to strengthen the cultural confidence of the public.In this paper,Yangquan city's public cultural services as the research object,the research idea is to put forward problems,analyze problems,solve problems.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,research and other research methods,using the knowledge of politics,economics,management and other disciplines,and taking the theory of public products,the theory of new public services,and the theory of multi center governance as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the public cultural services in Yangquan City in terms of the supply subject,facilities supply,public cultural products and activities,talent team,and services The current situation of service quality is summarized and sorted out,and then from the four levels of supply subject,matching degree,balance degree and efficiency,the paper analyzes seriously,and concludes that there are four outstanding problems in Yangquan City,namely,the lack of joint efforts of supply subject,the mismatch between supply and demand,the imbalance of supply and the low efficiency of supply of public cultural services.Through the deep analysis of the reasons for the problems found,it is concluded that the reasons that affect the supply of public cultural services in Yangquan City are the inadequate role of each supplier,the dislocation of the supply and demand of public cultural services,the neglect of the demand of rural and vulnerable masses,the lack of innovation,and the shortage of talents.By learning from the good practices in the supply of public cultural services at home and abroad,we can draw a conclusion that the supply pattern of public cultural services should be "one main and multiple",In order to optimize the supply of public cultural services in Yangquan City,we should strengthen the supply force,enrich the cultural supply based on the demand of the masses,pay attention to the rights and interests of rural and vulnerable groups and realize the supply equilibrium,innovate the supply form,attachimportance to professional talents and improve the supply efficiency.
