| Enrollment publicity is an important work for a college to recruit students.It is an important way to carry forward the spirit of the University.At the same time,it is also an important channel for candidates and parents to urgently need to know the information of the University.At present,the enrollment brochure is an important means of enrollment publicity.It mainly adopts paper printing and one-way dissemination of information,which can not fully and vividly show the spiritual outlook of a university.Based on the research on the communication characteristics of5 W in the digital age,with the help of the good visual effect and interactive experience of Augmented Reality Technology(AR),this paper develops and designs an AR enrollment brochure to achieve the goal of disseminating college enrollment information and showing the spirit of the University,meet the urgent needs of parents and candidates for enrollment information,and realize the effective dissemination of information.Firstly,it analyzes the new changes of 5W communication mode in the digital age from the aspects of disseminator,communication content,communication channel,audience and communication effect.The questionnaire is used to analyze the user’s interest characteristics,focus,media use and many other factors,especially the use ability of AR products,so as to provide the basis for the interactive design scheme of the manual and design the content framework of AR enrollment publicity manual.On this basis,Harbin Institute of Technology is taken as an instance to design an AR recruitment brochure based on augmented reality technology and aimed at promoting the spirit of the university,which realizes the core functions of the school profile,featured classes,disciplines and majors and provides a new carrier for recruitment publicity.Finally,the experimental method and comparative method are used to evaluate the manual in an all-round way.Through the results,the communication,design and interaction effects of the manual are studied,and the improvement ideas are put forward.This paper uses the theories of communication and design to conduct user analysis on the audience,applies augmented reality technology to the design of enrollment brochures,and designs an easy-to-use AR enrollment brochures in line with the cognitive abilities of candidates and parents.This design enables users to not only receive the enrollment publicity information effectively,but also understand the connotation of university spirit.At the same time,it also has a certain reference significance for the design and development of other types of AR products. |
