Research On The Local Culture Based On The Dongliuting Community In Qingda

Rural sages governing villages used to be an important guarantee for the stability and autonomy of rural society.In the context of rural revitalization,rural sages culture has become an important resource for effective rural governance.Whether it is a traditional village sage or a new village sage,the prestige and reputation that represents the public opinion of the rural society are indispensable.There is a benign interaction mechanism between the behavior of the rural sages and the public opinion in the rural society-the public opinion occurs in public affairs,and is related to the social life and self-value pursuit of the rural sages,so the rural social public opinion has a guiding and restricting effect on the behavior of the rural sages;Rural social public opinion evaluation criteria are common behavioral norms and values in rural areas,and the behavior of rural sages is further consolidated and enriched on the basis of conforming to this public opinion evaluation system.This paper selects Dongliuting Community in Chengyang District,Qingdao City(the community has been renamed from "Dongliuting Village" to "Dongliuting Community" only for more than 10 years)as the survey object,and points out that the new village sages in this community pay attention to the realization of self-worth and the community Therefore,community public opinion has a restricting and guiding effect on it.This group acts on public affairs,consolidates a its own public opinion advantage enriches the community public opinion evaluation system,and realizes the benign interaction between the behavior of local sages and public opinion in the community.Based on the historical review and theoretical discussion of the culture of the sages and the practice of the sages in the Dongliuting community,this paper believes that the government should pay attention to the moral conduct of the sages and their derived prestige when organizing and using the sages of the sages,and focus on the "emotional" The endogenous sages in the village;new rural sages should resolve the public opinion crisis of "profit-making" by safeguarding public interests,adhere to the unity of the rule of law and the rule of virtue,and enrich the common norms of rural society with their own moral conduct by virtue of their own public opinion authority and public opinion evaluation system.
