The most important thing in learning a language is to use the language and communicate with it,so studying the learners’ misconceptions in the process of expression from the perspective of spoken language can better test the effect of their Chinese learning. This paper collects and organizes the corpus of the fifth and sixth seasons of "Informal Talks" based on a self-built corpus, and systematically analyzes and studies the oral errors of advanced Chinese learners. The paper is divided into the following parts:The paper categorizes and analyzes the grammatical and pragmatic errors in the fifth and sixth seasons of "Informal Talks".The grammatical errors can be classified into four categories: misplacing, misadding, omission, and misordering;the pragmatic errors are classified into two categories: linguistic errors and social errors. Each subcategory is subdivided under each type.Based on the theory of mediated speech, the thesis analyzes the spoken grammatical biases.By analyzing the number of high-frequency biases and the distribution of nationality, the thesis summarizes the specific bias items with high bias rates in four types of grammatical biases: misdegeneration, misaddition, omission and misordering. Then, the thesis analyzed the spoken pragmatic errors, summarized and selected the linguistic and social pragmatic errors with the highest error rates, and concluded that the two types of pragmatic errors were concentrated in lexical pragmatic errors and nominal pragmatic errors respectively, and analyzed the specific items with higher error rates. The paper analyzes the causes of the errors based on the usage of advanced Chinese learners’ oral errors. The paper suggests that the main causes are: negative transfer, learners’ motivation, cultural factors, the influence of oral characteristics, and the influence of learning environment..
