Chinese high-speed railway technology with the expansion of international railway projects,and then railway professional Chinese talent demand is growing alongside the“Belt and Road" countries,but the relevant railway Chinese curriculum construction hasnt been a system yet,railway Chinese textbooks are urgently needed to develop.This thesis takes two railway Chinese textbooks about railway operation “ Railway Professional Chinese 2”and “Approaching China High-speed Railway: A Course Book of Specialized Chinese” as examples,and analyzes the compilation objects,compilation purposes,compilation principles,unit settings,text settings and exercise settings of the textbooks in combination with the current use of railway Chinese textbooks.Through correlation analysis,it is found that there are some problems in these two textbooks,including unreasonable grammar setting,imbalanced vocabulary selection,weak pertinence of exercise setting,and lack of supporting digital resources.Combined with the analysis results of the two textbooks,in view of the existing problems and market demand of railway Chinese textbooks,this thesis puts forward some constructive suggestions,and carries out the compilation practice of railway Chinese textbooks,hoping that this thesis can provide some reference for the development of railway Chinese textbooks.The full text is divided into six parts :The first chapter sorts out the background,research ideas and related theories to understand the research status of special purpose Chinese and railway Chinese,and provides a theoretical basis for the compilation of railway Chinese textbooks.The second chapter from the perspective of demand analysis,using the questionnaire method,interview method to investigate in detail,and analyzes the editors,railway Chinese teachers and railway Chinese learners of railway Chinese curriculum evaluation and the expectation of railway Chinese textbooks and other related problems,to provide practical basis for the compilation of teaching materials.The third chapter of the two railway Chinese textbooks “Railway Professional Chinese 2”and “Approaching China High-speed Railway: A Course Book of Specialized Chinese” content and textbook use analysis and research,to provide support for the final textbook writing practice.The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two textbooks,and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the compilation of railway Chinese textbooks.The fifth chapter on the basis of the existing teaching materials,according to the analysis of the two teaching materials and the actual needs of the conclusion,the teaching material writing practice,design the teaching material sample lesson example.
