| With the further advancement of globalization,more and more foreign tourists are attracted by exotic cultures.In this context,Chinese red tourism is booming,which brings an opportunity for the external dissemination of Chinese red culture.In order to promote the red culture more efficiently,the translation quality of illustrative texts of red scenic spots must be further improved to meet the basic visiting needs of foreign tourists and enable foreign tourists to better perceive Chinese red culture.Eco-translatology,proposed by a famous Chinese scholar Hu Gengshen,is an interdisciplinary study paradigm of translation combined the two different concepts of"ecology" and "translatology",regarding translation as a complex ecosystem and studying translation from an ecological perspective.It manifests itself that Translation as Eco-Balance(TEB)is aiming to realize a text transplantation,and to make adaptation and selection.Under the guidance of the theory of "Translation as Adaptation and Selection" of Eco-translatology,the author attempts to analyze the English translation of the commentary of Bayi Memorial from the three dimensions of language,culture and communication,generalizing such corresponding translation techniques as meaning refining,division,omission,insertion,cultural manifestation,meaning manifestation,paraphrasing and logical adaptation. |
