The Study Of Wu Dialects Speech Island In Pu Cheng,Cangnan,Zhejiang Province

Pucheng is a Wu dialects island,surrounding by Min dialects.This article mainly from phonetics,vocabulary,grammar three aspects of Pucheng dialect to do a detailed description,analysis and comparison.The article is divided into five parts.The introduction.The introduction is divided into four sections.Firstly,it introduces Pucheng’s geographical location,historical and cultural situation and dialect situation.Secondly,summarizes the research status.Finally,the research method,significance and investigation process of this paper are explained.Chapter one:Phonetics.This chapter first records the phonetic system of Pucheng dialect.Pucheng dialect has 29 initials,33 finals and 8 monosyllabic tones.Secondly,the phonological characteristics,the rules of tone sandhi and the diminutive form are summarized.Finally,the homophone vocabulary contains about3000 monosyllabic sounds and linking sounds.Chapter two:Vocabulary.This chapter first briefly analyzes the word-formation characteristics of Pucheng dialect.Secondly,it investigates the source system of vocabulary and lists some characteristic folk culture words.Finally,28 categories of words are included in the lexicon,with a total of about 3400 items.Chapter three:Grammar.This chapter first analyzes the morphological characteristics of Pucheng dialect,including affixes,overlaps,pronoun system,special quantifiers and negative adverbs.Secondly,it analyzes the syntactic characteristics,including special word order,aspect,disposal sentence,passive sentence,interrogative sentence and contrast sentence.Finally,100 grammatical examples are included.More than theory.Through the comparison with the surrounding dialects,we find that although min dialect has a certain degree of influence on Pucheng dialect,Pucheng dialect still retains most of the features of oujiang dialect of Wu dialect.
