The Ming Dynasty is an important period of development in the history of Chinese culture.Compared with the early and middle Periods of the Ming Dynasty,the cultural masters and achievements of the late Ming Dynasty in the whole Ming Dynasty are ahead both in number and in height.The special social and culturalbackground makes the late Ming dynasty a very characteristic historical stage,which attracts scholars to study and understand.Calligraphy during this period,the popularity of yangming philosophy,wu door book decline,the trend of cultural diversity,with the rapid development of commodity economy,the gentry of the ancient xi new mentality change,by some chance,late Ming dynasty calligraphy has entered a stage of great upheaval and its deck had traditional with gentle graceful and restrained,and lofty under macro stone inscription rubbings of fresh air,This stage is a new change under the trend of restoring ancient ways.Xing Tong,who is to be studied in this paper,is the experiencer and practitioner of this process.In the late Ming Dynasty,calligraphy was still gentle and graceful,but Xing Tong made great efforts to turn the tide.With the purpose of the two Kings,xing Tong made great efforts to correct the bad habits,repair the ancient methods,and bring out the new through the ancient.Xing Tong’s calligraphy in his late years was vigorous and vigorous,magnificent,and had formed his own style.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the formation and connotation of Xing Tong’s literary thoughts and to reveal the integrity and systematicness of his literary and artistic views by combining with the special background of the late Ming Dynasty.This paper is composed of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one: elaborates the social trend of thought,politics,economy and other situations in the late Ming Dynasty,describes the historical background of Xing Tong’s life to some extent,and explores the objective factors that influence the formation of Xing Tong’s ideological study.Chapter two : elaborates xing Tong’s family tradition,official career and social contacts,presenting xing Tong’s life experience,character character and interest in literature and art,in order to explore the formation process of Xing Tong’s thought of calligraphy.Chapter three: Xing Tong has no literary theory works,and his literary thoughts are mainly recorded in xing Tong’s poems,zazzu,inscriptions and letters.This chapter starts from this part to seek xing Tong’s subjective views on his literary ideas and calligraphy performance.Chapter four: Xing Tong said in his later years,"The so-called unintentional book is the best".This chapter summarizes xing Tong’s calligraphy thoughts in his calligraphy practice through the engraving of Xing Tong’s "Unintentional book" laiguan Authentic Work(Continued),as well as xing Tong’s carving activities and imitation of the works of the second Wang.
