The Poverty of Philosophy contains Marx’s justice thoughts with distinctive characteristics. These justice thoughts are not only unified with Marx’s thoughts as a whole, but also show obvious stage characteristics through the collision and agitation with Proudhon’s thoughts.First of all,the Poverty of Philosophy contains Marx’s thought of historical justice.Proudhon built a fair and just society with the principle of equality beyond history.Marx revealed the normative connotation of value in the process of social history. Therefore,Proudhon regarded equality as "the purpose of destiny" is the end of history.Secondly, the Poverty of Philosophy contains Marx’s thought of production justice.Based on the principle of equality,Proudhon put forward a viewpoint of distributive justice, that is,to realize wage equality through "constituent value".Marx is not confined to the wage equality in the field of distribution, but reveals the inequality in the field of capitalist production behind the wage relationship, points the spearhead at the capitalist mode of production with commercialized labor as the premise and its plundering and domination over workers, criticizes the injustice of the capitalist mode of production, and puts forward the purpose of a just society after the elimination of the relationship between labor and capital. Finally,in the poverty of philosophy,Marx reveals the loss of workers’ personality and freedom under the employment labor system, criticizes the bourgeois ideology that denies class confrontation, and clearly shows Marx’s position of proletarian justice. The Poverty of Philosophy is of great significance in the development of Marx’s thought of justice.First of all,it criticizes Proudhon’s pseudo dialectics with materialist dialectics, reveals that the antagonism inherent in capitalist society is its power to deny itself, and lays a foundation for Das Kapital and its manuscripts to reveal the internal contradiction between labor and capital and the historical limit of bourgeois society.Secondly,it reveals the concrete and historical connotation of the concept of equality and justice with the thought of "social organism",which lays a foundation for Marx to explain the justice thought based on the realistic mode of material production with the overall dialectics.Thirdly,it tentatively discusses the value of labor and criticizes the labor theory of value, which lays a foundation for capital and its manuscript to reveal the injustice of capitalist society from the height of political and economic criticism. Finally,it refers to the just society with "the union of eliminating class opposition",which plays a connecting role in the development of Marx’s justice thought.
