| As an ideographic interface,functional carrier and structural entity,the epidermis is formed in a special historical gap,with multiple functions interlinked and closely related to the way humans try to make and enlighten the world around them through objects.With the development of modern technology and economy,as well as the diversified and creative aesthetic views and demands of the whole society,information and epidermis are combined in conception and practice,thus creating an unprecedented new media phenomenon--virtual epidermis.The virtual skin defines the interaction space between itself and its perceiver.It has dual attributes,including elements of the traditional micro-world,and at the same time,due to the penetration of art and technology in the modern new media era,it has changed its attributes,extending to richer perceptual attributes of science and technology and interaction.This change changes the pure material properties of the epidermis to some extent.The acquisition of essential information at the visual and auditory levels can no longer satisfy our deep sensory feelings of understanding the world.Therefore,the acquisition of epidermis information must be optimized and adjusted in order to improve the perceptive experience level.This paper extends from the word "touch".As one of the important ways for human to get information from the external world,touch perception is one of the tools for human learning.Tactile information perceived by human beings through the interaction with the object surface can be roughly divided into two categories: one is the sensory information on the object surface,which generally refers to any information felt by the autologous skin when interacting with the object,such as contact feedback;Another kind of information is the perceptual information generated by human muscle movement,which refers to the use of the parts of the limbs and the energy generated by the body movement to obtain information,such as pressure perception.In this paper,with the help of digital technology in skin design,we will deeply explore the unknown field that skin can be redesigned,so as to make a breakthrough in the functional level,which is not only "visible" but also "tangible",to convey more dimensional information.This will be a new interface for technology and art,exploring the possibility of virtual and real synesthesia in the future. |
