| In recent years,scholars have paid a lot of academic attention to the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,and the productive protection of handicraft intangible cultural heritage is a hot topic in the context of the integration of culture and tourism.This paper aims to study what the impact of batik intangible cultural heritage through productive protection is,what are the internal mechanisms of these effects,and what experience is worth learning from these mechanisms.Therefore,this paper takes the national intangible cultural heritage Huangping Gejia batik as the research target,uses the methods of field work and in-depth interviews for first-hand data collection and the research paradigm of grounded theory and social network analysis to analyze the research data,conclude the impact mechanisms of marketization on the protection and inheritance of Gejia Batik.The research conclusions show that:(1)the power of marketization in the productive protection of Gejia batik is obvious.Tourism drives the market-oriented development of Gejia Batik.The market channels,scopes and crowds of batik have drawn producers’ general attention.Different demand preferences of customers change the supply of batik production,and the change of market environment differentiates the expectations of producers.(2)Stakeholders play a moderating role in the marketization process of Gejia Batik.The government and users play the largest role.The government provides many basic guarantees,and user participation promotes the sales and cultural dissemination of Gejia Batik.However,the strength played by universities is relatively weak.(3)The important impact of marketization on Gejia batik inheritors and craftsmen is the emergence of multiple identities.Identity conflicts are prone to happen in the process of identity selection and adjustment.The declaration and upgrading of inheritors is still weak.(4)The differentiation of inheritance willingness has brought great obstacles to the inheritance of Gejia Batik.New inheritance modes have been peoduced simultaneously.(5)Under the influence of marketization,the motifs of traditional Gejia batik have changed.Traditional motifs have been simplified and some modern motifs have appeared.The product positioning of Gejia batik has also been differentiated.The low-end products with life-oriented functions occupy the main market position.(6)Traditional wax painting craftmanship,plant dyeing craftmanship and handmade craftmanship of Gejia batik have maintained a core position in the process of market regulation.However,chemical dyeing,template wax painting and machine manufacturing and other methods have also evolved.In particular,the use of machine printing poses a potential threat to the traditional plant dyeing craftmanship. |
