Study On Productive Protection Of Musical Intangible Cultural Heritage In Shandong Province

Intangible cultural heritage usually marks a country’s profound historical and cultural achievements.In-depth protection and research on intangible cultural heritage will provide a deeper understanding of the civilization evolution of a country or nation,thus better reflecting the country’s historical and cultural heritage.Uniqueness,and can also play a key role in enriching the diversity of world culture,is the common cultural wealth of mankind.Since the 19th National Congress of the Party,the concepts of cultural power and cultural self-confidence have been deeply rooted in people’s hearts,and the role of culture in promoting spiritual society has become increasingly obvious.The rise of the culture of a country and a nation is inseparable from the protection of intangible cultural heritage.It is also an important basis for establishing cultural self-confidence and maintaining cultural independence in international social exchanges.This article takes the productive protection of music intangible cultural heritage in Shandong Province as the research object.After deeply understanding and obtaining the protection status of music intangible heritage,it makes an accurate and reasonable assessment,further analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and finally proposes the corresponding Improvement strategy.The article consists of five parts as follows:The first chapter shortly introduces the intangible heritage and concepts.And then,through the interpretation of the relevant policies in China and Shandong Province,we obtain the latest development background and policy support information.Eventually,it summarizes them and emphasizes how the indispensableness of productive protection can do from its characteristics of "word of mouth" inheritance.The second chapter gives a brief overview.Combined with the cultural background and development characteristics of Shandong Province,it also assesses the overall status of productive protection of musical intangible cultural heritage in Shandong Province.Although after the introduction of safeguard measures,the corresponding public awareness has been improved to a certain extent,and thus achieved certain results,the future development is showing a good trend,still the protection of musical intangible culture heritage faces the problems of balancing economic construction and cultural protection,copes with the strong influence of Confucian culture and the uncertainty brought by foreign cultures.In the third chapter,according to the particularity of musical intangible cultural heritage,two typical cases of the traditional music art "Jiaodong Drum" and folk music "Liao Zhai Liqu" are selected to analyze and summarize their successful experience of.productive protection,whose improvements are also discussed in the chapter.The forth chapter analyzes four impacts in Shandong Province from both the macro and micro perspectives.Relying on the conclusions of some typical cases,it also analyzes the achievements of productive protection of several representative types,and further explores the path forward for the productive protection of musical intangible cultural heritage.The fifth chapter focuses on development strategies.Based on the conclusions,this chapter proposes corresponding development ideas for the successes and shortcomings of the current development of musical intangible cultural heritage,trying to maximize the strengths of the existing model,improve the disadvantages and omissions of the existing model,and pay attention to the use of modern production and communication technology.With the help of modern technology and industrial support,it completes a deeper level of development and innovation.In the development recommendations given in this chapter,we present "form transformation","strengthening the performance system","Systematic arrangement"and other specific solutions,provide a more scientific,pragmatic improvement strategies.It is worth noticing that the recommendations in this chapter are all integrated strategies,and they need to be analyzed according to the specific situations in the practice processes.This article combines the national intangible cultural heritage policies and regulations,through the productive and industrial protection of music intangible cultural heritage in Shandong Province.Research on representative cases and common phenomena,and put forward suggestions for improvement of future protection work,make a scientific foresight on the prospects for the productive protection of musical non-legacy in Shandong Province,and strive to provide theoretical reference and help within the power of follow-up relevant research.
