Research On Countermeasures Of Rural Cultural Tourism Development In Liangzihu District,Ezhou City,Hubei Province

With the development of the times,the party and the state on the "three rural" issues more and more attention,2022 the latest release of the Central Document No.1:"focus on industry to promote rural development,continue to promote the integrated development of rural one,two and three industries,the implementation of rural leisure tourism upgrade plan " highlighting the important position of rural tourism and rural culture,to promote the integration of rural culture and rural tourism development,highlighting the characteristics of rural cultural tourism.Liangzi Lake District,named after Liangzi Lake,is located in Ezhou City,Hubei Province and is known for its beautiful environment,rich resources and long history.In recent years,the development of tourism has brought remarkable results to the economic development of Liangzi Lake District,but its rapid development has also exposed many problems that limit the development of rural cultural tourism in Liangzi Lake District.This paper takes the Liangzihu District as the empirical research object,based on the domestic and foreign studies related to rural cultural tourism,and summarizes the advanced experience of rural tourism development in foreign countries(Italy,Japan,Korea)and domestic countries(Foshan,Nanjiang,Yanqing),which brings inspiration for the development of rural cultural tourism in Liangzihu District.The current situation of rural cultural tourism development in the Liangzihu District is studied by using literature research method,case study method and comparative research method.It is found that there are a series of problems in the development of rural cultural tourism in Liangzihu District,such as unscientific planning of cultural tourism industry,insufficient investment in tourism special funds,serious damage to ecological environment,backward tourism publicity and marketing means,lack of high-quality practitioners and insufficient development of cultural tourism resources.Taking the experience and inspiration from excellent cases at home and abroad,we propose countermeasures to strengthen the overall development of tourism,increase financial investment to consolidate the foundation of tourism,"culture+ecology" to promote sustainable development of tourism,build an integrated publicity network,build a team of rural tourism professionals and enhance the excavation of cultural tourism resources.
