Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Integrated Development Of Cultural And Tourism Industries In Xianrendong Town, Zhuanghe Cit

Rural tourism in China started in the 1980 s and has developed rapidly in recent years due to the influence of market environment and policy environment.Especially after the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the work of rural revitalization in China has received sufficient attention,the scale of rural cultural and tourism industry has been continuously expanding,and the industrialization models have also been constantly enriched.To this day,the cultural and tourism industry has become an important link that directly affects and drives regional economic development.Therefore,research on the development of regional cultural and tourism industry has important theoretical and practical value.Xianrendong Town of Zhuanghe City is a key tourist town in the north of Dalian,and the only town in Zhuanghe region with two national 4A tourist attraction.Xianrendong Town in Zhuanghe City has abundant natural resources such as mountains,water,forests,fields,lakes,and grasses.The local residents have a strong awareness of developing tourism industry,laying the foundation for the development of rural tourism in the region.At present,Xianrendong Town in Zhuanghe City is actively developing the cultural and tourism industry based on its rich natural resources,and has initially formed a scale and achieved some results.But at the same time,there are many prominent problems,and there is still a significant gap compared to the health towns developed in southern China during the same period.There are also a series of internal problems in the integration of cultural tourism development,such as lagging infrastructure,unclear brand effect,lack of deep exploration of cultural connotations,low quality of employees,and insufficient promotion.In addition to its own internal problems,Xianrendong Town in Zhuanghe City is also facing external competitive pressure from surrounding tourism towns.Although there are many problems in the industrial integration and development of rural cultural tourism in Xianrendong Town,Zhuanghe City,facing development difficulties,these unfavorable factors can be overcome through scientific development strategies.This article combines the method of literature review and field research to study the basic overview,development process,development mode,and development effectiveness of the tourism area in Xianrendong Town,Zhuanghe City from different perspectives.Furthermore,combined with comparative analysis,it explores the countermeasures applicable to the tourism development of Xianrendong Town,Zhuanghe City.Based on a visit to Xianrendong Town in Zhuanghe City and a horizontal comparative study of its surrounding townships,this article proposes measures to promote the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industries,enhance the integration of the cultural and tourism industries,build a high-quality talent team,and fully enhance industrial competitiveness,in order to promote the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industries in Xianrendong Town,Zhuanghe City,And provide practical and feasible references for the construction of rural cultural and tourism services in similar areas in China.
