The current teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language are generally difficult to understand and lack of interest.In view of the current predicament in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,citing documentaries as teaching resources is a feasible path,which can provide a more standard and standardized target context,arouse students’ interest,explain relevant teaching knowledge,and expand and extend relevant content.In the selection of documentaries,the principles of respecting multiculturalism,showing a positive image and presenting contemporary China should be followed.In terms of use,they can be used as main teaching resources and auxiliary teaching resources.Teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction should be strengthened in the process of using documentary teaching.The teaching goals of using documentary teaching include language goals,cultural goals and emotional goals.This article takes the documentary "General History of China" as an example to demonstrate the feasibility of the documentary as a teaching resource for Chinese as a foreign language and its application in specific teaching practice.The documentary "General History of China" has the advantages of scientific rigor,running through ancient and modern,horizontal connection,and scene reproduction.It tells Chinese history through Chinese culture,presents ancient Chinese history,humanities and contemporary culture,and demonstrates the inheritance and innovation of ancient civilization and contemporary culture,which highlights the long history of Chinese civilization and the creative spirit,fighting spirit and exploration spirit of the Chinese nation.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and literature review of this paper.The research background analyzes the current situation and problems from teaching material resources and teaching methods of Chinese as a foreign language culture.By knowledge of pedagogy,cognitive psychology,and cross-cultural psychology,the second chapter demonstrates the feasibility of documentaries in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and discusses the value of documentary applied to cultural teaching.The third chapter analyzes the feasibility of applying the documentary "General History of China" to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language at the middle and advanced stages.Discusses the cultural value contained in it.The fourth chapter explores the selection principles,use strategies and use goals of documentaries in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.It focuses on the analysis of the use strategy,and discusses from three aspects:the use form of documentaries,the purpose of broadcast,and the way of interaction.The fifth chapter is teaching design,taking the documentary "General History of China" as an example to carry out teaching design. |
