Study On The Path Of Rural Culture Revitalization In The Process Of National Modernization

Cultural self-confidence is the basic prerequisite and condition for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The report of the 19 th National Congress also stressed the importance of strengthening cultural self-confidence.As the carrier of cultural practice of farmers’ daily life,rural culture also shapes the basic production mode of rural culture.With the transformation of rural revitalization strategy,cultural power is deeply rooted in the daily life of rural areas,but it brings cultural crisis and fragmentation of rural culture.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also put forward the strategy of revitalizing rural culture,which includes revitalizing rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and many other aspects,among which rural culture is the root and soul of rural revitalization.The revitalization of rural culture is the effective implementation of content innovation and brand communication of rural culture.How to realize the content innovation of rural culture and the efficient spread of rural culture brand on this basis is the key to revitalize rural culture.By using the methods of literature induction,historical research and systematic research,starting from the historical development background of "rural cultural revitalization" and the increasingly severe rural problems in China,and combining the concepts of national modernization,rural cultural revitalization and cultural modernization,this paper analyzes the significance of rural cultural revitalization to rural revitalization,mainly starting from the fact that rural cultural revitalization is an important embodiment of rural revitalization and it plays a leading and supporting role in rural revitalization.Then,it analyzes the development status of rural culture and the restrictive factors of rural culture revitalization.At present,the foundation of rural culture is weak,the backwardness of rural culture is strong,and the performance of rural culture is single,mainly because of the lack of rural cultural talents,the imperfect assessment mechanism of rural cultural undertakings and the limited investment in rural public cultural services.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding paths to promote the revitalization of rural culture,under the theoretical framework of cultural modernization,which mainly includes: implementing the new development concept,promoting the prosperity of rural cultural industry,perfecting and perfecting the rural governance system,promoting the modernization of rural culture,improving and guaranteeing people’s livelihood,realizing common prosperity of urban and rural areas,strengthening the rural spiritual civilization construction,promoting rural civilization,following the principle of co-development of human beings and nature,and realizing the development of ecological civilization,etc.As the basic pillar to promote local economy,rural cultural revitalization needs to be based on the rural social foundation,activate and guide the endogenous power of rural cultural reproduction by means of active mobilization and value regulation,and realize the remodeling of rural culture and system.
