Standing on the new starting point of the new era,C hina’s rural development presents a prosperous scene.In order to win the all-round well-off,but also in order to make the development of the countryside more prosperous,the new strategy of the new era emerges at the historic moment.The rural revitalization strategy,first put forward at the 19 th CPC National Congress,Which is a detailed and specific strategic plan related to the all-round development of the countryside.It shows the support and importance of the state and the party to the rural cause,as well as the courage and determination to further revitalize the countryside.As one of the contens of this strategy,the revitalization of rural culture has been paid more and more attention.It is the internal motive force and internal guarantee for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.However,with the continuous improvement of the economic development of mordern society,the prosperity of urban civilization,the development of rural society has gradually been neglected by the people,and the rural culture is increasingly marginalized by the people.Today,the local culture inherits the environment and the inheritance is lacking,making it difficult for some excellent traditional cultures to be effectively passed down and protected;the cultural infrastructure in rural areas lags behind some basic cultural activities and facilities are wasted and left vacant;some cultural activities are old,they are not favored by most people,and even some cultural activities are not conducive to physical and mental health;the economic benefits of rural culture are insufficient,and many contents of rural culture need to be explored and transformed into industrial highlights to form a cultural symbol of rural areas,These problems need to be solved in the revitalization of rural culture.In order to revitalize the rural culture,we should strengthen the awareness of the problem and proceed from the problem itself.Drawing on the Marxist classical scholars and the Chinese Communists’ theory of rural cultural development,they have summed up some classic measures,which are carried out by grasping new strategic opportunities,exploring regional advantages,promoting the inheritance of rural culture and strengthening the team of rural culture.The study of the implementation path will lay a solid foundation for cultural and ideological development for the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
