Investigation And Research On The Present Situation Of Internship Of MTCSOL In The Post-Pandemic Era

Internship is one of the important links in the cultivation of talents in Chinese international education,and is the transition stage from internship to formal work for MTCSOL.Due to the impact of the new epidemic and the international political and economic situation,the implementation and development of the professional practice of MTCSOL has ushered in great challenges and new development opportunities.Therefore,this thesis investigates and researches the current situation of Internship in the post-epidemic era and puts forward targeted suggestions to solve the problems in the process of Internship in the hope that it can contribute to the development of international Chinese language education in the post-epidemic era.Therefore,this thesis investigates and researches the current situation of professional practice of master’s degree in Chinese language education in the post-epidemic era and puts forward targeted suggestions to solve the problems in the process of internship,which are important to improve the cultivation of professional talents of master’s degree in Chinese language education and hopefully will be helpful to the development of international Chinese education in the post-epidemic era.The text is divided into five parts.Chapter I introduces the research background and significance of this article,compares the research achievements of MTCSOL internship in the industry,summarizes the present opportunities and challenges of MTCSOL professional practice,and elaborates the research ideas and research methods of this article.The second part introduces the design of MTCSOL internship in the post-epidemic era,the purpose and objective of this study,the design and implementation of questionnaire and interview outline The third part analyzes the MTCSOL internship data using SPSS software,including the basic information of MTCSOL and their training institutions,the current situation of MTCSOL internship after the epidemic,and the reflection and evaluation of MTCSOL internship.In-depth interviews were conducted with some MTCSOL interns and internship supervisors to supplement the analysis of this thesis.The fourth part summarizes the problems of MTCSOL internship in the post-epidemic era,which are mostly focused on MTCSOL students themselves,internship training,professional practice management,internship evaluation,and professional curriculum setting.Finally,based on the results of the survey and the current situation of internship,we put forward targeted opinions for optimizing the internship of MTCSOL in the post-epidemic era from three aspects:MTCSOL students themselves should improve their internship ability,clarify their career development direction,and promote their overall development;internship units should strengthen pre-service training and on-the-job training,and increase the guidance of internship supervisors;MTCSOL training institutions should expand the forms of internship and improve the professional curriculum.The institutions should expand the forms of internship,improve the process and all-round evaluation system,refine the management of internship,and combine the professional curriculum with teaching practice.
