Primary school is the first stage of systematic knowledge learning,but also a key stage to lay a solid foundation.Basic education is the most important way to cultivate young people.General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that “basic education is a cause of the whole society,which requires close cooperation between schools,families and society”.It is an inevitable trend for family and school to cooperate in education,but in recent years,the problems between family and school appear frequently,and it is time to solve them urgently.All the time,there are more or less problems between family and school,until the outbreak of “parent group event” exposed the problems between family and school in the public’s view.In order to solve the conflicts between families and schools,the Ministry of Education has issued many relevant documents on the responsibilities of families and schools and the behavior requirements of education subjects.On October 23,2021,the thirty-first session of the Standing Committee of the 13 th National People’s Congress voted to pass the Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China,which is the first time that China has enacted special legislation on family education.The importance of family education is self-evident.However,to some extent,family and school do not form a good relationship,and even rarely appear hostile state.Therefore,in order to fully realize the cooperative education between family and school,the author tries to reflect on the reasons and essence behind the problems and conflicts in the family-school relationship from the ethical level and provide more solutions.The arrival of the new era also has new requirements for education,education work needs to break through the single type of school education,to achieve the trinity of home school community.First of all,the paper analyzes the characteristics of primary school students,primary school students self-awareness and independence is weak,compared with the infant stage and junior high school students have strong plasticity and imitation power,so primary school students need parents and teachers to pay more attention to,correct guidance.In this case,teachers and parents must be closely linked to ensure that pupils from the academic,physical and mental,personality and other aspects of a good foundation,towards a better future.It explores the different characteristics of primary school students,preschool children and middle school students,and draws out that parents and teachers in primary schools have guidance,sample listing and trust for students.Parents and teachers play an important role in the stage of basic education.The problems between parents and teachers will cause harm to the physical and mental growth of pupils.Secondly,to explore the problems in the parent-school relationship,the communication between parents and teachers tends to be gradually utilitarian,and the education subject itself has the phenomenon of declining morality to varying degrees.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,it is found that the moral quality and professional quality of the subject are one of the causes of the contradictions,and the gradually utilitarian environment,the lack of ethical norms and the inconsistency between the roles of parents and teachers are also the causes.In this regard,the ethical principle of co-education should be set up in order to establish common ethical norms,and the solution of adjusting the family-school relationship should be found by making good use of national education policies and legal guarantees in practice,so as to form joint educational force,cultivate all-round socialist builders and successors,and realize the modernization of education.
