A Retrospective Study On The Medication Rules For Goiter And Thyroid Nodules With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Based On The "Surgery Authentic

Purpose: To explore the formulas for treating gall disease(thyroid nodules)in the "Surgical Authentic",summarize their medication patterns,and retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of the classic formula "Haizao Yuhu Tang" in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type thyroid nodules,in order to provide drug ideas for clinical treatment of this syndrome.Material and method: 1.Literature research: Extract the prescriptions for treating gall disease(thyroid nodules)from the "Authentic Surgery",analyze their drug composition and modern applications,and summarize their medication patterns.2.Clinical retrospective study: A total of 62 patients with thyroid nodules who visited Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine Endocrinology Clinic from March 2021 to September 2022 were collected.Among them,31 patients who were regularly followed up served as the control group and 31 patients who were treated with seaweed Yuhu Tang served as the treatment group.Compare the maximum diameter changes and effective rates of the two groups of nodules after three months,in order to summarize the clinical efficacy of Haizao Yuhu Tang in treating thyroid nodules of phlegm and blood stasis type.Results:1.Research on Prescriptions: After analyzing the overall theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology research,it has been found that there are six prescriptions in the "Surgical Authentic" that can be used for the treatment of galls.The main types of drugs are phlegm resolving and dispersing drugs,qi regulating and liver soothing drugs,and blood activating and stasis resolving drugs.The main meridians of the drugs are the liver,spleen,heart,and lung meridians,and the five flavors are mainly pungent,bitter,and sweet.Studies have confirmed that many traditional Chinese medicines in the formula have anti-tumor and promoting cell apoptosis,Reduce immune inflammatory response and improve microcirculation.Huoxue Sanying Tang is used for the type of Qi and blood deficiency;Drinking the Ten Complete Flowing Qi from Qi Galls of Spleen Qi Deficiency and Liver Depression Spleen Deficiency;Haizao Yuhu Tang is used for the phlegm and blood stasis type of nodules;Amber Black Dragon Dan can be used for the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of nodules;Six Army Pills for Treating Nodule Syndrome.Secretly passed tumor astringent cream is used for the skin’s muscle growth and closure after the tumor killing drug.2.Retrospective study: The total effective rate of Haizao Yuhu Tang in the treatment of thyroid nodules with phlegm and blood stasis type was 90.3% in the treatment group and 6.5% in the control group.It can be seen that the treatment group has a significant therapeutic effect,but simple follow-up treatment of thyroid nodules is not effective.Conclusion:1.In "Authentic Surgery",pungent,bitter,and sweet medicines are mainly used,with the main treatment principles being promoting qi and promoting blood circulation,resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,and tonifying qi and blood.2.Haizao Yuhu Tang can effectively treat thyroid nodules of phlegm and blood stasis type.
