Clinical Observation Of Haizao Yuhu Decoction In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis And Phlegm Nodules

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Haizao Yuhu Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm nodules,and control of Jinsang Sanjie pill,in order to seek an efficient,safe,high compliance of the treatment plan,provide guidance and help for the conservative treatment of vocal nodules.Methods:This paper selected 60 patients with blood stasis type of vocal nodules were included in the standard,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group(Tian Jiang granules)12 grams of seaweed,kelp 12 grams,9 grams of Jiang Banxia,Zhejiang Fritillaria 12 grams,12 grams of dried tangerine peel,12 grams,when to 12 grams,12 grams of Rhizoma Chuanxiong,angelica 12 grams,12 grams of forsythia,Radix Scrophulariae oyster rams,12 grams,daily / agent,with water,2 times /day,7 days for 1 course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment,need to voice rest treatment period.The control group was treated with Jinsangsanjie pills,60 pills each time,7 days for 1 course of treatment,continuous treatment of 4 courses,the treatment period are need to voice rest.Table VHI score using voice handicap index(voice handicap indexo),the scale for the assessment of Japanese Language Phonetic Association(Japanese Society for Logopedics and Phoniatrics)presented hoarseness assessment of GRBAS grading(GRBAS scale)standard to judge the curative effect before and after treatment,clinical observation,laryngofiberscopy curative effect evaluation,objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect of haizaoyuhutang blood stasis and Phlegm Decoction for the treatment of vocal nodules,provide guidance for conservative treatment of vocal nodules,provide ideas for Chinese medicine treatment of vocal nodules.Results :(1)baseline index comparison: after statistical analysis,there was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,VHI score and GRBAS grading between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)the total efficiency comparison: the treatment group(Haizao Yuhu Decoction)the total effective rate was 90%,significantly higher than the control group(Jinsangsanjie pills)the total efficiency of73.3%,P=0.023 was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).(3)voice disorder score(VHI),Haizao Yuhu Decoction of Jinsang Sanjie pill before and after treatment,thedifference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the two groups are effective.But compared with the two groups,the treatment effect of seaweed Yuhu decoction is more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)hoarseness assessment GRBAS classification,the seaweed Yuhu soup Decoction of Jinsang Sanjie pill before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the two groups are effective.But compared with the two groups,the treatment effect of seaweed Yuhu decoction is more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)there was no adverse reaction in the two groups during the period of drug use.Conclusion:Effect of haizaoyuhutang Decoction for the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm nodules is safe and effective,compared with Jinsangsanjie pills,has good curative effect,the clinical symptoms improved significantly,worthy of clinical application experience.
