| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the copper bian-stone scraping combined with aromatic essential oil on insomnia in perimenopausal women with liver depression and qi stagnation type, and to provide some reference value for clinical treatment.Methods:1.In this study, the relevant literature published from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021 was retrieved from China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Vipshop, and China Biomedical Literature Database, and the retrieved literature was imported into Note Express V3.2 software, merged and checked, and the literature with incomplete information such as authors, institutions and keywords were excluded and exported as Refworks format files.Citespace 5.8 software was applied to visualize and analyze the literature authors, institutions, and keywords and draw a map.2.In this study,138 cases of perimenopausal insomnia patients with liver depression and qi stagnation type were selected as the study subjects by using convenience sampling method in a triple a Chinese medicine hospital in Hunan Province.According to the random number table method,46 cases were divided into the control group,46 cases in the general scraping group and46 cases in the copper bian-stone scraping group. All groups were given routine care such as living, diet and mood, and condition observation. In the control group, sleeping pills were taken orally according to the sleeping condition, the general scraping group applied general scraping with aromatic essential oil,and the copper bian-stone scraping group with aromatic essential oil,all groups for 4 weeks in total by intervened. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale, modified Kupperman scale,Chinese Medicine Symptom Scal,Clinical efficacy,Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS),Self-Rating Scale for Depression(SDS),combined with clinical measures(E2,FSH,LH)were used for effect evaluation.Theχ2and Krusal-Wallis tests were applied for statistical analysis.Results:1.A total of 530 journals articles were included, the application of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine to the study of perimenopausal insomnia has formed a number of cooperative groups with Meng Fang,Yu Xintong,Ren Xiuya,Lv Mengliang, etc. The research forces are mainly concentrated in scientific research institutes, such as Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, etc. The research hotspots in this field mainly focus on clinical research on the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia with appropriate Chinese medicine techniques such as acupuncture, auricular point pressure dou, moxibustion, etc. The research focuses on the treatment of hepatology for evidence-based care and sleep quality, but the research on the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia with scraping needs to be deepened.2.Sleep situation analysis:(1)The total score of the PSQI scale, the factors of the PSQI scale(sleep quality, sleep onset, daily dysfunction),and the integral differences of the modified Kupperman scale were statistically significant before and after the three groups(P<0.05).(2)Pairwise comparison between groups:(1)There was a significant difference between the total score of PSQI scale, sleep quality, ime of onset, daily dysfunction, and improved Kupperman scale score between the copper scrap group and the control group, and between the copper bian-stone scraping group and the ordinary scraping group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the ordinary scraping group and the control group(P>0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep disorder factors(P>0.05)in the three groups.3.Analysis of TCM symptoms, primary and secondary symptoms:(1)The difference in the integration of the main symptoms before and after the intervention of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:the difference between the control group and the scraping group, the difference between the copper bian-stone scraping group and the ordinary scraping group before and after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the three groups of TCM symptoms and secondary diseases was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Analysis of anxiety and depression:(1)(1)The difference in anxiety scores between the three groups before and after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Compared between the two groups:the difference in anxiety before and after the intervention between the control group and the copper bian-stone scraping group, and between the copper bian-stone scraping group and the ordinary scraping group was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the difference in depression before and after the intervention of the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Analysis of the efficacy of the treatment:(1)the difference in efficacy between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the difference between groups:the difference in efficacy between the copper bian-stone scraping group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.017),and there was no difference between the other groups(P>0.017).6.Analysis of changes in E2,FSH and LH:(1)(1)the difference between E2before and after the intervention of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Two comparisons between groups:the difference between the control group and the copper bian-stone scraping group, the copper bian-stone scraping group and the ordinary scraping group before and after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in FSH and LH difference between the three groups before and after the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Most of the studies on the topic of"Appropriate techniques in Chinese medicine for perimenopausal insomnia"were clinical interventions, with acupuncture and auricular acupressure as the main treatment methods. The sample size of Gua Sha treatment for perimenopausal insomnia is relatively small, and the related research needs to be deepened.2.Copper bian-stone scraping combined with aromatic essential oil can alleviate the symptoms of insomnia in perimenopausal women with hepatic depression and stagnation, with no adverse reactions. |
