Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Dingjing Cupai Decoction Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Ovarian Reserve Dysfunction, Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Syndrom

Objective:To observe the improvement of various clinical symptoms and conception in patients with diminished ovarian reserve function in the treatment of Dingjing Cupai decoction combined with acupuncture,and to preliminarily investigate its mechanism of action.Methods:The test group was treated with manual cycle therapy plus or minus Dingjing Cupai decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in 36 cases,while the control group was treated with Estradiol Valerate tablets and progesterone capsules taken orally in 36 cases.One menstrual cycle was considered as a course of treatment,and a total of 3 courses of treatment were given.At the end of the course of treatment,changes in anti-müllerian hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and sinus follicle count values,conception and improvement of clinical symptoms were observed in both groups.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the difference in the Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment was statistically significant（P=0.000<0.01）,and the symptom improvement in the test group was higher than that in the control group.When comparing the efficacy of the TCM symptoms between the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate was 88.6%in the test group and 77.1%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference（P<0.05）.2.The post-treatment values were all improved compared to the pre-treatment values,and the difference between the pre-post difference in the test group and the pre-post difference in the control group was statistically significant（P<0.05）,with the difference in FSH,E₂,AMH and AFC in the test group being greater than that in the control group,indicating that the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group.3.The overall clinical efficacy of the two groups was 85.7%in the test group and 94.3%in the control group,with no statistically significant difference（P>0.05）.Conclusion:Dingjing Cupai decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of kidney deficiency and liver depression type of reduced ovarian reserve function,effectively improve the body’s sex hormone level,promote the development of sinus follicles in the ovary,and improve ovarian reserve function,which is better than estrogen drug treatment.
