The Clinical Research Of Yishentiaochong Tang Combined Artificial Cycle In Treating Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Menstruation Late Result From Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Objective:Using Chinese medicine Yishentiaochong Tang combined western medicine artificial cycle to treat kidney deficiency and liver depression type of menstruation late result from diminished ovarian reserve(DOR),observe its clinical curative effect,preliminary explore the mechanism of combination of Chinese and western medicine,explore the new way of thinking for combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease.Methods:60 cases of kidney deficiency and liver depression type of menstruation late result from DOR patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group taking Yishentiaochong Tang combined artificial cycle,and the control group only taking artificial cycle,before and after the treatment period,two groups of patients was observed the Menstrual improvement,the TCM symptoms score,the blood FSH,LH,FSH/LH,E2 level changes,the sinus follicle number,the change of ovarian volume,and the resistance index.Results:(1)Clinical curative effect comparison:after treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group and control group were respectively 86.67% and 76.67%,the comparison between groups had difference(P<0.05);(2)TCM symptoms score comparison:after treatment,the TCM symptoms score of treatment group was significantly decreased,has significant difference(P<0.01);The TCM symptoms score of control group was significantly decreased, has significant difference(P<0.01);Comparison between groups was significant difference(P<0.01);(3)Individual TCM symptom scores comparison: before treatment,the individual TCM symptom scores between two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05),comparable.After treatment,the individual TCM symptom scores in menstrual cycle,menstrual period,the quantity, colors, and loss of libido were significantly decreased,had significant difference(P<0.01),the comparison between groups was significant difference(P<0.01);In the lumbar debility,dizzines and tinnitus,breast tenderness,depression and irritability,individual TCM symptom scores of treatment group were significantly decreased,had significant difference(P<0.01),while that of the control group were slightly down,had no statistical difference(P>0.05),the comparison between groups had difference(P<0.05);(4)Hormone level change: before treatment,the blood FSH,LH,FSH/LH,and E2 value between two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05),comparable.After treatment,the FSH,LH, FSH/LH values of two groups was significantly decreased,and the E2 value significantly increased than before treatment(P<0.05),the comparison between groups had difference(P<0.05);(5)Vaginal ultrasound comparison: before treatment, the AFC,ovarian volume,and RI values of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.After treatment,the AFC,ovarian volume of two groups were significantly increased,and the RI value was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the comparison between groups had difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Yishentiaochong Tang combined western medicine artificial cycle treating kidney deficiency and liver depression type of menstruation late result from DOR has distinct curative effect,is better than that of artificial cycle therapy alone. Compared with single artificial cycle therapy,Yishentiaochong Tang combined artificial cycle treating kidney deficiency and liver depression type of menstruation late result from DOR can obviously improve the TCM symptoms such as lumbar debility,dizziness and tinnitus,breast tenderness,depression and irrita bility,have outstanding advantages.Chinese medicine Yishentiaochong Tang combined artificial cycle in treating kidney deficiency and liver depression type of menstruation late result from DOR is effective,safe and stable,worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
