Clinical Observation Of Treatment For Diminished Ovarian Reserve Characterized By Kidney Deficiency,Liver Depression And Blood Stasis By Combination Of Therapy Of Tonifying Kidney,Soothing Liver And Removing Stasis With Artificial Cycle

Objective:A study on clinical efficacy of combination of therapy of tonifying kidney,soothing liver and removing stasis with artificial cycle on diminished ovarian reserve characterized by kidney deficiency,liver depression and blood stasis.Analysis of effects of this therapeutic method on infertility,menstruation,TCM symptoms,sex hormones and ultrasonic indicators of vagina of patients with diminished ovarian reserve and discussion on clinical efficacy of therapy of tonifying kidney,soothing liver and removing stasis on diminished ovarian reserve characterized by kidney deficiency,liver depression and blood stasis.Methods:Fifty-nine patients diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve in accordance with diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and with kidney deficiency,liver depression and blood stasis in line with diagnostic criteria of TCM were included into this study.These patients were divided into two groups,namely an experimental group and a control group.In the experimental group,patients were orally given a prescription of tonifying kidney,soothing liver and removing stasis,combined with progynova + dydrogesterone;and in the control group,patients were given progynova + dydrogesterone during three consecutive courses of treatment.Changes of indicators of serum sex hormones,ultrasonic indicators of vagina and TCM syndrome scores of patients were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 86.7% in the experimental group and 75.7% in the control group with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The experimental group achieved better results than the control group in respect of improvement of hypomenorrhea,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,breast distension,pain of lower abdomen,fretting depression,dizziness and tinnitus,deep breathing with unusual sounds,thirst without a desire to drink,color and quality of menstrual blood,total scores of secondary symptoms and all symptoms,AMH and antral follicle counts with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).During therapeutic observation,there’s no adverse reaction in both the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:Combination of therapy of tonifying kidney,soothing liver and removing stasis with artificial cycle could improve clinical TCM symptoms of DOR patients and enhance AMH and antral follicle counts effectively.Treatment of diminished ovarian reserve characterized by kidney deficiency,liver depression and blood stasis through combination of therapy of tonifying kidney,soothing liver and removing stasis with artificial cycle is worthy of further clinical application and research.
