| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoyao Jianpi decoction liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome in the treatment of NAFLD through a clinical trial.Methods:A total of 60 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups:control group and treatment group.Both groups were provided with health education,The control group took oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Xiaoyao Jianpi decoction based on the control group.Both groups lasted for 8 weeks.The body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,Chinese medicine syndrome points,liver function,blood lipid,uric acid,liver B ultrasound index are compared to judge the efficacy of the Xiaoyao Jianpi decoction,meanwhile,observe and record patients general vital signs,three routine,renal function,adverse drug reactions to evaluate drug safety.Results: 60 cases were included in the trial plan,and 56 cases finally completed the trial,28 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group,and the results were statistically analysed as follows:(1)The total response rate of the treatment group was 92.857%,and the control group was 82.143%.The clinical efficacy comparison was significantly different(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,TCM syndrome integral,liver function,blood lipid,uric acid of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),among them,the improvement of TCM syndrome score,liver function,blood lipid,and uric acid was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the body mass index(BMI)and the improvement of waist circumference showed little difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The liver B ultrasound index in the treatment group was improved before treatment(P<0.05),while no significant improvement in the control group(P>0.05).(4)The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05),Vital signs,three routine,biochemical are no obvious abnormalities,indicating that Xiaoyao Jianpi decoction was safe in clinical use.Conclusion: Xiaoyao Jianpi decoction combined with Atorvastatin calcium tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets treatment of NAFLD liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome effect is exact,In improving TCM symptoms,liver function,blood lipid,uric acid and liver B hyperscore is better than the control group,while in improving body mass index(BMI)and waist circumference,it has certain clinical drug safety. |
