Clinical Observation On Jieyu Jianpi Decoction In Treating Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Through clinical comparison and observation,to explore the clinical effect of Jieyu Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,and provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with IBS-D with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,each of the treatment group and the control group.In 34 cases,the treatment group was given Jieyu Jianpi Yin orally,decoction,one dose daily,200 ml each morning and evening,and warmed half an hour after meals.The control group received Niweifu orally,3 times a day,1 tablet per time.Taken after a meal,the drugs are sourced from the pharmacy of Hubei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Four weeks is a course of treatment,and the efficacy is determined after one course of treatment.The recurrence rate is assessed after four weeks of discontinuation.The obtained clinical data were sorted into EXCEL and processed with SPASS22.0.By comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the scores of individual symptoms,the total scores of clinical symptoms,the total scores of quality of life,the recurrence rate after treatment and the safety of the two groups of patients,the therapeutic effects of the two were determined.Results:(1)Syndrome effect analysis: 7 cases were cured in the treatment group,16 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was90.9%.4 cases were cured in the control group,5 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.For example,the effective rate was 84.8%.The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the Chinese medicine decoction treatmentgroup could effectively improve the TCM syndromes of IBS-D patients.(2)Analysis of single symptom score: This study analyzed the clinical symptoms of patients with IBS-D before and after treatment.The results showed that both treatment schemes can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but the treatment group was in "diarrhea and abdominal pain" and "irritability" Improvements in irritability,fullness of both threats,fatigue,and appetite were more pronounced,while the treatment group had comparable efficacy to the control group in terms of stool characteristics,stool frequency,and abdominal distension.(3)Analysis of total clinical symptom scores: After treatment,the total clinical symptom scores of the two groups of patients have decreased compared with the previous,and P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that both groups of drugs can be obtained in the treatment of IBS-D The curative effect was better;the degree of total points decline in the control group was lower than that in the treatment group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a better effect on IBS-D.(4)Analysis of total quality of life points: after treatment,the total quality of life points of the two groups of patientsdecreased,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both treatment options can effectively improve patients' life treatment;after treatment The score of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a better effect in improving the life treatment of IBS-D patients.(5)Long-term efficacy analysis: The patients were followed up after the course of treatment.The data showed that the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 16.7%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 42.9%,which was statistically different(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group can be effectively controlled.The condition,reduce the recurrence rate,and the long-term effect is better than the control group.(6)Adverse reactions: There was no special discomfort during the medication between the two groups of patients,no obvious nausea,vomiting,and rash allergies.No significant difference was found between the relevant auxiliary examinations before and after treatment.Conclusion:Jieyu Jianpi Decoction has advantages in improving clinical symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal pain,irritability,irritation,fatigue,fatigue,and loss of appetite.It cansignificantly improve the quality of life of patients,has good long-term efficacy,and is safe to take.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
