Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Mild Cognitive Impairment Of Dementia With Filiform Needle And Fire Needle

Objective:This topic mainly observes the effect of the treatment of mild cognitive impairment with the combination of millineedle therapy and fireneedle therapy,which provides a new idea and effective therapy for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 62 eligible patients with mild cognitive impairment were enrolled from December 2018 to October 2019 in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Third Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Two groups were randomly divided into 31 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given piracetam tablets(hangzhou Minsheng Pharmaceutical Factory,0.4g/ tablet,batch number 970728)3 tablets/time,3 times/day.One week is one course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.The treatment group was treated with fire needle and millineedle on the basis of the control group.Main acupoint of fire needle:ditch,Shenting,Baihui,acupuncture depth about 3mm,operate this way for 3 times,once every 3 days.Main acupuncture point: Back Shu point,30 minutes,6 days a week,1 course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.MMSE score,MOCA score,cortisol level measurement and efficacy assessment were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of each group before and after treatment.Results:1.MMSE scores of the two groups were improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was a difference in the improvement of MMSE scores after treatment between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of cognitive improvement,the treatment of MILD cognitive impairment with milliacupuncture combined with fire acupuncture was superior to oral piracetam tablets.2.MOCA score of the two groups was improved after treatment and before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was a difference in the MOCA score after treatment between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that thetreatment of mild cognitive impairment with milliacupuncture combined with fire acupuncture was superior to oral piracetam tablets in improving cognition.3.After treatment and before treatment,the cortisol values of the two groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of cortisol after treatment was different between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment of MILD cognitive impairment with milliacupuncture combined with fire acupuncture was superior to oral piracetam tablets in reducing cortisol levels.4.The two groups were clinically effective.The total effective rate of the treatment of MILD cognitive impairment with millineedle combined with fire needle was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the treatment of mild cognitive impairment with piracetam orally was 86.66%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment of mild cognitive impairment with needle combined with fire needle was optimistic.Conclusion:The treatment of mild cognitive impairment with needle and fire needle can effectively improve and relieve the memory and cognitive function of patients...
