Exploring The Medication Rules And Mechanisms Of Phlegm-stasis Syndrome In Coronary Heart Disease Based On Data Mining And Network Pharmacolog

Purpose: This study based on data mining analysis of CHD(phlegm stasis mutual junction)drug distribution,to search the best partner,and to explore potential new combination of TCM in order to break the inherent mode and make an epoch of disease treatment.By analyzing network pharmacology in combination with molecular docking studies,a core group of medicine "pinellia tuber-poria cocos-dried tangerine or orange peel" treatment of coronary heart disease mechanism,as its guidance and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Material and method: In the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the patients case who were diagnosised with CHD(phlegm-stasis syndrome)were collected from June 2017 to June 2022.It were used for statistical analysis with SPSS 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0.Using frequency statistics,association rules analysis and system analysis,digging out the phlegm and blood stasis and coronary heart disease and the drug laws and new combination of traditional chinese medicine.pinellia and tuberporia cocos and dried tangerine or orange peel’s main composition and target will be retrieved by TCMSP excavated.Through GEO chip data set for the differences in coronary heart disease genes,both the target gene conversion,through the Uniprot VENNY 2.10 is used to collect the core group medicine together with the differences in coronary heart disease gene targets and import it into a STRING to analyze PPI network database,and will receive data import Cytoscape software to calculate the core target,will jointly targets import DAVID GO enrichment analysis and the enrichment of KEGG database analysis,finally will "pinellia tuber-poria cocos-dried tangerine or orange peel" main component and core targets by SYBYL molecular docking-X2.10 software.Results:1.Data mining results: There were 275 inpatients with coronary heart disease(phlegm-stasis block syndrome)in this study,including 239 Chinese medicine prescriptions,involving 171 kinds of Chinese medicine,among which the top 10 drug frequency were pinata,poria cocos,licorice,bupleurum,Tangerine bark,white peony root,peach kernel,salvia miltiorrhiza,atractyloides and notoginseng.The warm drugs ranks first at themedication frequency and bitter drugs in the four Qi and five flavors.respectively.The highest medication frequency was spleen meridian drugs,followed by lung meridian and liver meridian.Among the categories of prescription drugs,the most commonly used drugs are tonic drugs.Prescription drug category,the most used to
