Purpose:By observing the effect of liver thinning antihypertensive decoction on patients with primary hypertension grade 1(liver fire inflammation type),the clinical efficacy and safety of flavored Xiao Chai Hu decoction were discussed.Material and method:A total of 80 patients from the Heart Disease Department in the outpatient department of Liaoning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion conditions and were diagnosed as Grade 1 primary hypertension(liver fire hyperinflammation)in January 2020-2023 were selected and divided into 40 experimental groups and 40 control groups. The experimental group was given"Shugan-jiang-hypertension" decoction, and the control group was given "telmisartan"(80mg).The treatment course of both groups lasted for 4 weeks.Observe and record changes in blood pressure before and after the test,TCM syndrome scores, and blood pressure lowering efficiency.Clinical therapeutic effects were judged by comparing the data of the two groups, and adverse reactions were recorded in detail from the beginning to the end of the experiment. The statistical analysis of all experimental data was performed using SPSS 26.0 software. Results:The experimental results suggest that comparing the antihypertensive effect and total effective rate of the two groups of patients,it is found that the blood pressure of the two groups after treatment is significantly reduced,P<0.05,which is statistically significant;from the perspective of the total effective rate of blood pressure reduction, the total effective rate of the control group is 87.50%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group is 90.00%,and the P>0.05,and the comparison between the two groups is not statistically significant. From the perspective of the efficacy of TCM symptoms, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%,and the P<0.05 was statistically significant.Compared with the total scores of medical symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment, the total scores of medical symptoms in the pretreatment experimental group were 12.37±2.21,4.37±2.71 after treatment,12.90±2.02 in the control group before treatment, and 8.67± 3.28 after treatment, all P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Comparing the data between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05 was calculated to be statistically significant, and the efficacy of the two groups was significant and the total score improvement of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Compared with the individual symptom scores of Chinese medicine in the two groups, the P<0.05 was compared between the two groups before and after treatment, indicating that the two groups had improved in the single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine;in the comparison of headache,dizziness,irritability,red-faced face,red-eyed,dry mouth and red-mindedness between the two groups, the experimental group was better than the control group, the P value was < 0.05,which was statistically significant, and the P value of bitter mouth and constipation was >0.05,indicating that the difference was not statistically significant. From the safety analysis of the two groups of pre-and post-treatment tests, there were no abnormalities in liver function, kidney function and blood routine examination, and there was no discomfort such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea on the body.Conclusion:1.Shukan Jiangya decoction can significantly reduce the blood pressure value of patients diagnosed as grade 1 essential hypertension(liver fire inflammation),and ensure that the blood pressure value after medication is always in the normal range.2.Shugan Jiangya decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndrome in patients with primary hypertension grade 1(liver fire inflammation).3.Shugan Jiangya decoction has good safety in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary hypertension grade 1(liver fire above inflammation).
