Objective:To observe the effect of the electrical stimulation of the auricular depressurization sulcus on the central arterial pressure in patients with essential hypertension, and to analyze the immediate effect of the electrical stimulation of the auricular depressurization sulcus on the patients with essential hypertension,so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of auricular therapy in the treatment of hypertension. Methods:From April 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with hypertension in the cardiovascular ward of jiangsu hospital of integrated traditional and western medicine were selected for coronary angiography.60 patients diagnosis standard and the standard set of patients were randomly divided into 30 cases of true stimulus group and 30 period group, two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, patients through radial artery puncture, after pressure sensors connected to ecg monitoring instrument, the introduction of the step-down ditch, connection using hua tuo brand electronic needle therapy instrument(Model:SDZ-?,card production license number:Sue food drug safety machinery production of about 20010020)connected the ear clip, true stimulation group turned on the power, adjusted the intensity of the moderate current(6-10mv),the frequency was 1Hz,continuously stimulated acupuncture points for 5min,and recorded the central artery pressure and the patient's heart rate before and after stimulation for 1min,3min and 5min,respectively.In the sham stimulation group, the power was not turned on,only the patients were informed that the patient had been electrified. The central artery pressure and the patient's heart rate were recorded before and after the sham stimulation for 1min,3min and 5min,respectively.Results:(1)There were statistically significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the true stimulation group at lmin,3min and 5min compared with before stimulation.(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in heart rate between the real stimulation group and the pre-stimulation group at lmin.(P>0.05)there was a statistically significant difference in heart rate between the true stimulation group and the pre-stimulation group at 3min and 5min.(P<0.01)(2)There was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the sham stimulation group at lmin,3min and 5min compared with before stimulation.(P>0.05);The difference of diastolic blood pressure between the sham group and the pre-stimulation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between the sham group and the pre-stimulation group at 3min and 5min stimulation(P>0.05).(3)Comparison between groups of true and false stimuli:there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between groups of true and false stimuli before stimulation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate when stimulated for 1min(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate after stimulation for 3min(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate when stimulated for 5min(P<0.001).Conclusion:Ear electrical stimulation of the antihypertensive sulcus can decrease the central artery pressure and heart rate in patients with essential hypertension, and it has a good immediate antihypertensive effect. It is effective after continuous stimulation for 3min,and the antihypertensive effect is gradually obvious at 3min to 5min.
