Study On The Prescription And Medicine Rules Of Classical Prescriptions And Contemporary Prescriptions In Treating Lung Cancer-related Coug

Objective: To collect the literature on the treatment of cough associated with lung cancer by means of sutra and seasonal prescriptions published in the past two decades,analyze the dosing characteristics and dosing patterns of the sutra and seasonal prescriptions listed in the literature by means of data mining,and investigate the possible targets and pathways of action of Ma Heng Shi Gan Tang in the treatment of radiation lung injury by using network pharmacology techniques,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical selection and dosing and experimental research.Materials and methods: The search terms "lung cancer","cough","classical prescription" and "current prescriptions" were used to search the literature on sutra and prescriptions for lung cancer-related cough from 2001 to 2022.From 2001 to June 2022,the literature on the treatment of cough associated with lung cancer with sutra and prescriptions in the databases of China Knowledge Network,Wanfang and Wipu.The literature that met the nadir criteria was imported into an EXCEL sheet,and the drug composition of the Jing Fang and Shi Fang prescriptions was extracted,and the frequency and frequency of drug occurrences were analyzed,and SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Modeler25 were used to conduct association analysis and cluster analysis on the high-frequency drugs to explore the drug use patterns and characteristics of the Jing Fang and Shi Fang prescriptions for the treatment of lung cancer-related cough.The possible targets and pathways of action of Ma Heng Shi Gan Tang in the treatment of radiation lung injury.Results:1 In this study,66 articles on lung cancer related cough,including 37 prescriptions,including19 prescriptions and 18 prescriptions.It includes 38 grade,13 grade and 9 grade V.It was published between 2001 and 2022.It includes primary cough of lung cancer,intractable cough after lung cancer surgery,radiation pneumonia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and refractory cough in advanced lung cancer.Radioactive pneumonia pathogenesis is evil heat injury lung,burning lung Yin,qi and blood stagnation,phlegm stasis.Treatment with nourishing Yin moistening lung,clearing heat and phlegm,can be used Yin nourishing formula and ephedrine formula,such as: lily solid gold soup,clear dry save lung soup,Qianjin reed stem soup,sand ginseng wheat winter soup,hemp apricot stone sweet soup.After radical resection of lung cancer,lung loss,qi and cough.The function of the water diversion channel is damaged,and the water is wet and condensed into phlegm.Therefore,the patients after lung cancer surgery are mainly chronic,intractable cough and sputum.The treatment is mainly phlegm prescription,including Liugentleman soup,shooting ephedra soup,Qingjin phlegm soup and Shenling white powder.Most patients with advanced lung cancer cough are qi and Yin deficiency,cough,expectoration,hemoptysis,treatment for Yin prescription such as wheat door winter soup;a few patients are phlegm and dampness,cough and phlegm,chest tightness and shortness of breath,treatment for three children nourishing family soup.The main pathogenesis of the primary cough of lung cancer is the lack of Yang qi,cold drink stagnation,or both feel cold,lung qi.Treatment to warm lung drink small green long soup or xin warm solution to stop cough powder.2 The literature on the treatment of lung cancer related cough involved 118 Chinese medicines,and the number of medication was 665 times.The first four drugs with high use frequency were licorice,ophiopogon,platycodon grandiflorum and bitter almond.Association analysis concluded that the drug pairs and drugs with the strongest association in treating lung cancer-related cough in the study.The combination is(1)ophiopogon,licorice;platycodon grandiflorum and licorice.(2)Gypsum,bitter almond,licorice;ophiopogon,bitter almond,licorice.3 By network pharmacology,103 drug targets were collected,6038 disease targets for radioactive lung injury,78 intersection targets with radioactive lung injury,TNF,STAT 3,TP53,CCND 1,FOS,MYC,CDAT 1,AR,STAT 1,434 biological process pathways,65 cell components,85 molecular functions,and 121 pathways after KEGG enrichment analysis.Conclusion:1 In the treatment of lung cancer related cough,we can choose Yin,heat,heat,ephedrine,sijun,bupleurum,etc.2.The treatment of intractable cough after lung cancer surgery,lung infection cough after radiation pneumonia or radiotherapy,refractory cough after lung cancer,lung cancer are licorice,ophiopogon,platycodon grandiflorum and bitter almond in order.The association rule analysis of lung cancer cough by prescription and time shows that the core drugs and horn drugs with the strongest association of lung cancer cough by prescription and time are all based on Yin prescription,such as sand ginseng wheat winter soup and lily solid gold soup.The results of cluster analysis on the treatment of cough related to lung cancer by prescription and time show that Qianjin wei stem soup,sand ginseng,suidong soup,lily solid gold soup,Maxingshi Gan soup,and clear gold phlegm soup can be used for the treatment of lung cancer related cough.3 Through the interaction of multiple components,multi-target,synergistic regulation of TNF,STAT 3,TP 53,CCND 1,FOS,HSP90AA1,MYC,CCL 2 and other targets,regulating drug response,exogenous stimulation response,RNA and DNA transcription,cytokine response and chemical carcinogen binding,cancer pathway,hepatitis C virus,human T lymphocyte virus type I,human cytomegalovirus,diabetes complications AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,lipid atherosclerosis pathway,etc.The molecular mechanism of its treatment of RILI may be related to cell differentiation response,inflammatory cytokine response,oxidative stress response,inhibition of tumor cell cycle,etc.
