Objective To investigate the effects of the four classical prescriptions and their combined use on the infiltration, apoptosis and its expression gene Fas and Bcl-2 of Eosnophils in asthmatic rats model and explore the mechanism of treating asthma with the Four Classical Prescriptions and Their Combined Prescriptions.Methods 165 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 11 groups, with 15 in each group.The 11 groups were xiaoqinglong decoction group,sheganmahuang decoction group,guizhi jia houpuxingzi decoction group,the combination of minor decoction of xiaoqinglong decoction and shegan mahuang decoction group,the combination of minor decoction of xiaoqinglong decoction and guizhi jia houpuxingzi decoction group,the combination of minor decoction of shegan mahuang decoction and guizhi jia houpu xingzi decoction group,maxingshigan decoction group,the combination of minor decoction of maxingshigan decoction and shegan mahuang decoction group,Pulmicort Respulesgroup,normal control group,asthma model control group,Then the model of rat asthma was made by ovalbumin (OA)-sensitized and stimulated method. The infiltration, apoptosis and its expression gene Fas and Bcl-2 of Eosnophils in the lung tissues of all groups were measured by immunohistochemistry.Results 1.Compared to Normal control group, Model control group had more infiltration of EOS, less apoptosis, lower expression of gene Fas, higher expression of gene Bcl-2. The animal model is successful.2. Compared with asthma model control group, in other therapy groups, in the aspect of infiltration of EOS, apoptosis,lexpression of gene Fas and bcl-2., the Pulmicort Respulesgroup functioned most effectively; maxingshigan decoction group was the most effective groupt in the Four Classical Prescriptions. The combined treatment group was better than the unilateral group, among which the the combination of minor decoction of maxingshigan decoction and shegan mahuang decoction group functioned most effectively.Conclusion Four classical prescriptions can alleviate the airway inflammation and affect the The infiltration, apoptosis and its expression gene Fas and Bcl-2 of Eosnophils in the lung tissues, especially the maxingshigan decoction. when combined use the effects were strengthen. |
