Qingyi Tongfu Decoction With Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment In The Treatment Of Moderately Severe Acute Pancreatitis(Hot And Humid Stasis Type) Clinical Study

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of moderately severe acute pancreatitis(hot and humid stasis type)with Qingyi Tongfu decoction combined with external treatment.The purpose of this study is to explore the effective methods of TCM to improve the clinical treatment of hot and humid stasis type and to explore new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:The 52 patients was divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number method,26 cases each with a ratio of 1:1.The control group was given conventional treatment.Conventional treatment:mainly for the prohibition of food and water,placement of stomach tube,gastrointestinal decompression,fluid replacement,maintenance of water and electrolyte stability,prevention and treatment of shock,antienzyme therapy,application of antibacterial agents,nutritional support,spasm analgesia,symptomatic treatment of extrapancreatic organ inju ry.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given Qingyi Tongfu decoction combined with external treatment of Chinese medicine.4 weeks for a course of treatment,comprehensive therapeutic evaluation after treatment.clinical symptoms and signs,gastrointestinal function and pancreatic function(blood amylase,blood lipase,urine amylase),inflammatory response indicators(blood leukocyte count,CRP,PCT)and inflammatory cytokines(IL-6,TNF-?),CT of pancreas,complications,and hospitalization time were analyzed.The adverse reactions were observed in the treatment.Result:1.Comprehensive effect:According to the comprehensive evaluation criteria of the disease,in the treatment group,4 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 92.31%.2 cases in the control group of patients were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 65.38%.Statistical analysis was performed on the rank sum test of the comprehensive efficacy evaluation,and the statistical difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The former was superior to the latter by compared the treatment group and the control group.2.The efficacy of TCM syndromes: In the treatment group,5 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.15%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 69.23%.TCM syndrome evaluation of the rank sum test statistical analysis,there are statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.The treatment group can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs,restore white blood cell count,CRP,pancreas function indicators,the inflammatory markers of PCT,IL-6,TNF-? were all improved after treatment,comparability between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).In the aspect of pancreatic CT,the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),and both groups were better after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.The comparison of complications and hospitalization time was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was effective in reducing complications and shortening the length of hospital stay.5.Advers e reactions:no adverse reactions were observed in the treatment.Conclusion:1.It can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of moderately severe acute pancreatitis(hot and humid stasis type),promote the recovery of gastric function and improve the survival quality of patients.2.It can effectively promote the recovery of pancreatic function in MSAP patients,and and reduce the level of inflammatory response indicators(white blood cell count,CRP,PCT)and inflammatory cytokines(IL-6,TNF-?).3.It can reduce the occurrence of MSAP complications and significantly shorten the time of hospitalization.4.The treatment of MSAP with Qingyi Tongfu decoction combined with external treatment of Chinese medicine is safe and reliable,and it has a synergistic effect on conventional western medicine therapy.
