Purpose:In this study,by collecting the medical records of 84 patients with Behcet’s disease in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past 10 years,this study retrospectively analyzed the distribution of their symptom types and the law of drug use,which provided certain ideas for the clinical treatment of Behcet’s disease.Material and method:Through the collection of medical records of inpatients with Behcet’s disease(Behcet’s syndrome)from June 2012 to June 2022 in the Department of Rheumatology and the Department of Rheumatology Rehabilitation of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine.WPS Table,SPSS Statistics 23.0 and SPSS Modeler18.0 software were used to analyze the frequency,cluster and association rules,and summarize the distribution of evidence type and medication rules.Results:1.A total of 84 patients with Behcet disease were included in this study,with a male to female ratio of 1:2.23 and an average age of 45±12 years.2.The frequency of TCM symptoms is listed in descending order as hepatobiliary humid fever,spleen deficiency and dampness,yin deficiency and internal heat,spleen and stomach fever,qi stasis and blood stasis,and spleen and kidney yang deficiency.3.A total of 84 prescriptions were counted in this study,involving 118 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 984 medications,and the high-frequency drugs used to treat this disease were Ze diarrhea,licorice,poria,scutellaria baicalensis,rehmania,angelica,tangerine peel,peony peel,huanglian,and baiju.A total of 17 drug categories were involved in this study,and antipyretic drugs,deficiency tonic drugs,and water and moisture drugs were the commonly used drug categories for this disease.The medicinal taste is more common with bitter sweet and spicy taste.The medicinal properties are more common with cold,and the liver meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian,and heart meridian are more common.4.Cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs can divide drugs into five groups,class 1: yam,dogwood,poria,peony peel;Class 2: Tangerine peel,Codonopsis,Baishu,Astragalus,Guizhi,Chaihu,Ze Lao,Licorice,Chuanxiong;Class 3: Coptis,Banxia;Class 4: Forsythia,Coix Kernel,Angelica,Rehmania;Class 5: dandelion,gentian,psyllium,gardenia,white peony,skullcap.5.The association analysis of high-frequency drugs was set to 10% support > and 8>0%confidence,and the results showed that the support of Poria-Ze diarrhea was the highest,52.381%,and the confidence was 81.818%.Conclusion:1.The most common TCM syndrome type in BD patients is liver-biliary dampness-heat syndrome.2.Class 1 prescription: Yam,cornus officinalis,poria cocos and peony bark,suitable for BD patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type.3.Class 2 prescription: Tangerine peel,codonopsis,Atractylodes,Astragalus,cassia twig,bupleurum,alisma alisma,licorice,ligusticum Chuanxiong,suitable for BD patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type.4.Class 3 prescription: Coptis coptidis and Pinellia pinellia,suitable for BD patients with dampness-heat accumulation.5.Class 4 prescription: Forsythia,Coix seed,Angelica,Rehmannia,suitable for BD patients with dampness-heat toxicity and blood stasis.6.Class 5 prescription: dandelion,Gentian,plantageae,gardenia,paeony,scutellaria,suitable for BD patients with dampness and heat of liver and bile.7.The core drug combination of this disease is poria cocos,alisma alisma,licorice,atractylodes albatractylodes and tangerine peel.
