Study On The Characteristics Of Prescriptions And Medications Used By Contemporary Famous Chinese Medicine Practitioners In The Treatment Of Diabetes Nephropathy (diabetic Nephropathy) Based On The TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platfor

Objective: Based on the data mining technology,the prescription drug characteristics of the contemporary famous traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thirst nephropathy(diabetic kidney disease)can be analyzed for clinical guidance.Methods: The medical case of thirst nephropathy(diabetic kidney disease)was selected from famous traditional Chinese medicine in related works and papers,and the prescription database of diabetes kidney disease was established by using the TCM Inheritance Assistance platform v2.5 to analyse the frequency and meridian and collatera of traditional Chinese medicine,four qi and five tastes,related drug groups and potential new prescriptions.Results: A total of 199 patients were included,and 415 prescriptions were prescribed,involving 283 Chinese medicine,among which 11 Chinese medicine frequency was more than 100 times,namely Astragalus,Poria cocos,Chinese yam,dogwood,raw rehmannia,Alisma orientale,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Atractylodes,Rhubarb,Psyllium seeds,Angelica;The efficacy of Chinese medicine was mainly deficiency medicine,accounting for 33.58%,and the second is water infiltration drugs,heat-clearing medicine and blood stasis medicine,the above four types of drugs accounted for 71.01%;Four qi are mainly cold and warm,the proportion of the two is similar,followed by flat,accounting for 93.06%;the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and spicy;Meridian to liver,spleen,kidney meridian is the most frequent,followed by the lung meridian and heart meridian,six fu meridians only stomach often used;The top three core drug combinations in the association rule analysis were dogwood-cortex moutan-yam;cortex moutan-Alisma orientalis-yam;dogwood-Alisma orientalis-yam;Cluster analysis resulted in 12 potential core drug combinations and six novel party combinations.Conclusion: The contemporary famous Chinese medicine pays attention to both attack and supplement in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.The commonly used treatment methods are tonifying qi and nourishing yin,tonifying liver,spleen and kidney,diuresis and dampness,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
