Research On Crisis Management Of Public Health Emergencies In K Count

After After the outbreak of SARS in China in 2003,the research on various public health emergencies at home and abroad has received high attention.In the crisis management of public health emergencies in China,relevant theoretical basic research and practical popularization have also made certain progress.In early 2020,the novel coronavirus spread across the world,and the response to public health emergencies gradually developed into an important task of public management in recent years,and also brought severe challenges to the government’s crisis management work.The analysis of the crisis management carried out by the government in public health emergencies can help us better understand the importance of public health emergency management and promote the modernization of governance system and governance capacity.Taking the novel coronavirus prevention and control work in K County as an example,this paper adopts the literature research method,case analysis method and investigation research method to systematically analyze the specific practices in K County based on the situation of novel coronavirus prevention and control,and summarizes the low coordination efficiency,poor applicability of emergency plan and insufficient material support in the crisis management of novel coronavirus outbreak in K County.Problems such as poor operation of information network and weak professional personnel team are analyzed from five aspects,such as unsound organizational system,unscientific plan formulation,insufficient capital investment,imperfect information network and lagging construction of talent system.At the same time,learning from the successful experience at home and abroad,with the help of the theory of collaborative governance and crisis management,five targeted countermeasures are proposed to improve the systematic management organization system,scientific emergency management plan,standardized information network system,strategic emergency material support and professional emergency work team.So that the government can improve its management strength to deal with such incidents,effectively protect the health and life safety of the masses,maintain economic and social stability,carry out epidemic prevention and control in an all-round way,accelerate the reform of the social and economic management system,strengthen the government’s social credibility and governance capacity modernization,and build a sound crisis management system.
