Study On The Distribution Characteristics And Correlation Of TCM Constitution Syndrome Types In Patients With Eczem

Purpose:The clinical data of eczema patients were collected through questionnaires,statistics and analysis of the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution and TCM syndrome types,to explore its connection with the pathogenesis of eczema,and further discuss the correlation between TCM constitution and TCM syndrome types of eczema,in order to provide a more detailed diagnosis and treatment basis for clinical intervention in the occurrence and development of eczemaMaterial and method:Adopt the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification and Judgment Self-Assessment Form" promulgated by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and a self-made clinical observation table,based on the survey results,the patients were judged by physical constitution and syndrome type,and clinical data were collected.The results were entered in an Excel table,a database was established,and SPSS25 software was used for statistical analysis to analyze the distribution of various constitution types,and the correlation between TCM syndrome types and constitution types.Results:1.Among the 307 patients with eczema,the patients with damp-heat impregnation syndrome were the most,with a total of 136 cases(about 44.3%),Followed by patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome,a total of 119 cases(about 38.8%),and the least patients with blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome,with a total of 52 cases(about 16.9%).2.In the correlation analysis between the clinical data of eczema patients and TCM syndrome types,the TCM syndrome types and the distribution of skin lesions were statistically significant(P<0.05),among them,damp-heat soaking syndrome is more common in the head and neck than the other two syndromes,and upper extremities are more common in blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome.3.Among the 307 patients with eczema,there were 28 cases of moderate constitution(about9.1%),279 cases of biased constitution(about 90.9%),Among them,there were 56 cases of Yin deficiency,followed by 51 cases of Qi deficiency,48 cases of Yang deficiency,36 cases of Qi stagnation,28 cases of damp-heat,25 cases of blood-stasis,21 cases of phlegm-damp,and 14 cases of idiosyncrasy.4.In the correlation analysis between the clinical data of eczema patients and TCM constitution,the history of allergy and the location of skin lesions were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the history of allergy was correlated with idiosyncratic qualities(P < 0.05).Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency,heat-damp were more common in the trunk,and Yin deficiency and phlegm-damp were more common in the lower extremities than peacefulness(P<0.05).5.The distribution relationship between different constitutions and different syndrome types in this study was found to be statistically significant by the chi-square test(P<0.05).Corresponding analysis of TCM constitution and TCM syndrome types of eczema patients showed that patients with Yang deficiency constitution tended to show spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome when they had onset.The tendency of Yin-deficiency quality is blood deficiency and wind-dry syndrome,and the tendency of Qi-deficiency quality is damp-heat impregnation syndrome.The tendency of blood-stasis quality was the syndrome of blood deficiency and wind-dryness,and the tendency of special quality was the syndrome of damp-heat soaking,both of which were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious tendency for peaceful quality,phlegm-dampness quality and Qi stagnation quality.Conclusion:1.The most common syndromes in TCM syndrome differentiation of eczema patients are damp-heat impregnation syndrome,followed by spleen deficiency and dampness accum-ulation syndrome,and blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome are the least common.2.Damp-heat soaking syndrome is more common than the other two syndromes in The skin lesions are distributed on the head and neck,upper extremities.Compared with blood deficie-ncy and wind-dry syndrome,it is more likely to occur in upper libms.3.The top three common constitutions of eczema patients are Yin deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution and Yang deficiency constitution.The frequencies of the nine cons-titutons are ranked from high to low as: Yin-deficiency type>Qi-deficiency type> Yang-deficiency type>Qi-stagnation type>peaceful type=damp-heat type>blood stasis type>phlegm-dampness type> idiosyncrasy type.4.Yang-deficiency,Yin-deficiency,and damp-heat are more common than the peaceful quality in skin lesions are more likely to occur on the trunk.The skin lesions of Yin deficien-cy and phlegm-dampness and peacefulness are more common in the lower extremities.History of allergies associated with idiosyncrasy type.5.In the study on the correlation between TCM syndrome types and constitution in patients with eczema,it was shown that damp-heat infiltration syndrome is closely related to Qi deficiency,damp-heat,and idiosyncratic qualities;spleen-deficiency damp-accumulation syndrome is closely related to Yang-deficiency and damp-heat;blood-deficiency wind-dryness syndrome is related to Yin-deficiency,damp-heat,and blood stasis.
