Exploring The Medication Rules Of Ancient Prescriptions For Treating Chronic Pruritic Skin Diseases Of Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Type Based On Data Minin

Purpose:Through data mining of ancient prescriptions for the treatment of common chronic pruritic skin diseases of the blood-deficiency and wind-dry type,the core theories and rules of medication used by the ancients in the treatment of these diseases are summarised,providing a theoretical basis and formulation experience for clinical treatment.Methods: The Chinese Medical Dictionary was used to search for internal and external prescriptions for the treatment of common chronic pruritic skin diseases of the blood-deficiency and wind-dry type from ancient times to before the founding of New China,and the data were collated according to inclusion,exclusion and exclusion criteria.The collated results were entered into the Chinese Medicine Heritage Auxiliary Platform v2.5 for data mining to obtain the frequency of Chinese herbal medicines,nature and flavour attribution,association analysis and cluster analysis of the internal and external prescriptions,and to obtain new prescriptions.Results: Through data collation,a total of 87 internal prescriptions for chronic pruritic skin diseases of the blood deficiency and wind dryness type were obtained,involving a total of 189 Chinese herbal medicines,with a total frequency of 896 times.In the statistics of medicinal properties,warm medicines were most frequently used,followed by cold medicines and flat medicines,while hot medicines were less frequently used;the frequencies of bitter,pungent and sweet medicines in the statistics of medicinal tastes of Chinese medicines were equal;in the statistics of meridians,the frequency of liver meridians was the highest,followed by spleen meridians,heart meridians and lung meridians;40 pairs of medicine pairs with a frequency of ≥10 in the formula pattern,involving a total of 15 The top three pairs were Glycyrrhiza-Angelicae,Angelicae-Bai Shao and Glycyrrhizae-Anti-Feng;cluster analysis yielded 8 groups of core drug combinations and 4 groups of new formula combinations.The data were collated to obtain a total of 184 external prescriptions for chronic pruritic skin diseases of the blood-deficiency-wind-dryness type,involving a total of 275 herbal medicines and a total frequency of 1053 times.The top three frequently used drugs for internal use were light powder,alum and lead pellets respectively;the frequency of warming drugs and cold drugs was similar in the statistics of medicinal properties;the top three herbal tastes were pungent,bitter and sweet;in the statistics of meridians,the top three were liver meridians,spleen meridians,stomach meridians,large intestine meridians and lung meridians;there were 23 pairs with a frequency of ≥7,involving a total of 21 herbs;the top three pairs were The top three pairs were: light powder-lead dan,sulphur yellow-alum,light powder-alum,alum-serpentine,light powder-musk,light powder-huanglian,light powder-huangbai;cluster analysis yielded eight groups of core drug combinations and four groups of new formula combinations.Conclusions:1.In the treatment of chronic pruritic skin diseases of the blood-deficient,wind-dry type,ancient doctors used internal medicine to invigorate the blood and dispel wind,moisten dryness and relieve itching,together with treatments such as clearing heat and relieving itching,moving qi and clearing ligaments.The bitter herbs are used to remove fire and store yin;the pungent herbs dispel wind,move qi and invigorate blood.Most of the medicines enter the liver and spleen meridians to nourish liver yin and tonify spleen qi.2.Externally,the ancient formula is mainly used to detoxify sores,kill insects and relieve itching,and also to invigorate the Blood and move Qi,dispel wind and clear the channels.Attention is paid to both dispelling wind,detoxifying toxins and relieving itching,and keeping the blood vessels open.There are no obvious deviations in the cold and heat properties of the medicines,and most of them are pungent to disperse wind;bitter to clear heat and kill worms;and sweet to moisten the skin and relieve itching.3.By consulting ancient medical cases,it was found that the internal prescriptions of Si Wu Tang and Dang Gui Yin Zi were used more frequently.They are designed to regulate the Rong Wei and nourish the Qi and Blood,so that "the blood will flow and the wind will disappear".Most of the prescriptions used externally are mineral-containing ones,such as Jinhua San,Horsetail Paste and Serpentine Paste.The main purpose is to dispel the wind,and to kill insects and nourish the blood.However,improper use of mineral medicine may cause poisoning,liver and kidney function damage,etc.It is crucial to ensure the safety of medication when applying ore-based medicine.
