Internal And External Use Of Tuberculous Ulcer In The Ancient Prescriptions-an Data Mining Analysis Of Medication Rule

OBJECTIVE:Use data mining technology to analyze the medication rules of internal and external prescriptions for the treatment of tuberculous ulcers in ancient Chinese medicine books and summarize the ancient people's medication experience and theoretical basis for the treatment of tuberculous ulcers as well as its development in new descriptions.Methods:The Chinese medical code software was used to find out the ancient prescriptions related to tuberculous ulcers taken internally and externally.The ancient prescriptions were recorded in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The data were screened and cleaned to obtain the prescription database.Excel 2019 software,SPSS Modeler software and SPSS Statistics software were used to analyze and mine the formula database,and obtain the medication rules for internal and external prescriptions,including the frequency of medication,efficacy category,frequency of sexuality and classics,association rule statistics and cluster analysis.RESULT:1 Through collection and sorting,a total of 308 internal medicine prescriptions for tuberculous ulcers were obtained,involving a total of 352 medicines,with a total frequency of 2516 times.The top three frequencies of drug use were licorice,angelica,and forsythia;drug efficacy was classified into tonic(11 types,30.90%),heat-clearing and detoxifying(11 types,21.49%),blood circulation(6 types,14.46).%)and qi(vital energy)regulation(9 types,14.12%),which have the highest drug types and frequency of use.According to the four-qi statistics,the cold and cold drugs and the warm drugs have the same frequency of use;according to the drug taste statistics,the sweet,spicy and bitter flavors are used most frequently;according to the meridian statistics,the liver meridian,spleen meridian,and lung medicinal medicines are among the top three frequencies;the two association rules are used to obtain 30 drug pairs with Shaoyao-Gancao,Danggui-Gancao,Shaoyao-Danggui among the top three.Cluster analysis showed that there were 8 groups of meaningful drug groups.2 Through collection and finishing,a total of 232 topical ancient prescriptions for tuberculous ulcers were obtained,involving 295 drugs,with a total frequency of 1548 times.The top three frequencies of drug use are musk,lead,and light powder in turn.The drug efficacy is classified into extracting and removing rot(12 types,25.87%),activating blood and removing blood stasis(8 types,18.51%),and clearing heat and detoxifying(8 types,16.48%),which are the most frequently-used medications.According to the four gas statistics,the cold medicines are used about 10%more frequently than the warm medicines;according to the medicine taste statistics,the pungent,bitter and sweet medicines were most frequently used;according to the statistics of meridian,the medicinal frequency of liver meridian,heart meridian,spleen meridian and gastric meridian account for the top four.In the distribution of externally used formulations,paste(104 times,44.87%)and powder(89 times,38.46%)accounted for the highest proportion.30 associations were selected by two association rules.Among them,those with higher support were Arsenic-Light Powder,Lead Dan-Cannabis,Lead Dan-Aeruginosa,Astragalus-Glycyrrhiza,Forsythia-Alumnus.Cluster analysis showed that there are 7 significant medicine groups.Conclusion:1 Oral ancient recipes are mainly used for the treatment of tuberculous ulcers,such as replenishing deficiency and detoxification,and clearing heat and detoxifying drugs.Compatibility of the medication should pay attention to the balance of cold and heat in the prescription,pay attention to replenishing qi(vital energy)and blood and removing excess heat from the body after the wound is broken.2 External use of ancient recipes are mainly used for treatment of tuberculous ulcers,such as toxin removal and rot,blood circulation and blood stasis,and heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs.Pay attention to removing the rotten flesh from the wound,keep the blood running smoothly and help the wound get rid of the evil poison.3 Regardless of the internal or external prescriptions,it is necessary to rationally choose prescriptions and medications from the perspective of dialectical treatment to help the body recover its vitality,thereby promoting wounds healing.In modern clinical practice,the experience of ancient recipes can be used for reference,but it needs to be further tested through practice.
