| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and clinical drug safety of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe guideded by Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo powder,and provide a safe and convenient treatment method for sudden deafness with traditional Chinese medicine,we observed the drug efficacy to Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of sudden deafness.This study will show a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of sudden deafness to optimize the current treatment plan for sudden deafness and get better efficacy,which will benefite patients with sudden deafness.Methods:Referring to the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness,60 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by adopting a clinical randomized controlled study design.Both groups were observed for 14 consecutive days.Among them,the treatment group added Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe to the basic treatment recommended by the guidelines such as hormones,improving circulation,and nourishing nerves.After continuous treatment for 14 days,the two groups of patients were compared in terms of tinnitus,hearing recovery,and TCM symptom scores.Results:(1)There was no statistically difference in general conditions between the two groups,such as age,duration of disease,affected ear,etc.,indicating that the selected cases were comparable.(2)The treatment group was more effective than the control group in reducing tinnitus and TCM symptom scores,and improving the average hearing recovery threshold,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment effectiveness for different degrees of hearing loss and hearing curves,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo recipe has good efficacy in the treatment of sudden deafness of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
